yeah.. some of larry carlson's stuff is a bit chilling.. but the first time i ever heard of it was while on LSD.. a friend told me to check it out.. and not having seen it sober before, when i looked at some of the videos on LSD for the first time, my mind just didn't know what to do.. it was so incredible and became real.. every sense my body possessed was decicated to simply experiencing that site..
my favorite aspect was the music in the background.. an odd electronic beat, with ominent voices in the background saying random words like "God, life, love, experience, journey" ... there are also sections in the videos where actual words like that flash by the screen extremely fast.. too fast for anyone sober to make out more than a word or two..
however when i saw those parts tripping.. i saw each and every word.. it was all happening in frames, and of course each word triggered so many thoughts and memories by the time i realized there was more coming i was so far up that i couldn't do much more than experience it..
like trying to hold your head above water in a raging current
