Whenever I'm done rolling, the next day i can always tell ive rolled cuz my nose is always cold as well as my feet and hands. like cold to the touch. does anyone else get this and any insight as why?

I do & my guess is constricted blood vessels and poor circulation from doing a stimulant. Mine gets worse if i have coffee and cigarettes. I also get this IRL after 5-6 cups of coffee and a half a pack of smokes so im assuming its from constricted blood vessels.

Happens with pretty much all stimulants for me, felt weird having a bath on speed. everything was a different temperature X_X

Happens to me too. And, as MasterSplinter said, I often get sick the week after I roll hard due to compromised immune system. (I've rolled twice in one week on two occasions. I know it's not smart and I don't do it any more.)

Yeah ive done ritalin and the shower is always a weird thing. i usually do it to help with the comedown, but on ritalin i clean like mad in the shower to come out and get all sweaty from ritalin anyways. 8)

I think the coldness is from lack of circumlation in your extremities because it is all in your core.
