Well as anyone can imagine I have some issues here lol. I am trying to put the last piece I'd the puzzle together. It's not just as simple to cut down on what I eat because I swear I do and never see the loss. So I was 380 and got down to 280 but think it was because of diabetes and since then have been working on my health however I am up to 330lbs now but on a piece of paper am healthier than I ever was. Ever since I went on some diabetes drugs just experiencing weight gain. I had an a1c of 13 and now down to a 5.5. Had high blood pressure that is gone now, high colesoral that is amazing now. Just can't seem to loose the weight. No matter what I try is of course rich in protein a double edged sword. I've nearly gotten rid of bad carbs and just have some good fiber things here or there. I do know that I need to loose weight to lower my medications. In shape wise I exercise over an hour a day usually a solid hour of cardio and then free weights. My body is changing as I can see muscles and flexibility I've never had before.
Was wondering what people had to say about hydrocut and other things? Read some stuff about them and ED. Being a diabetic cant loose that. Wow though since getting in shape has the sex been better...
