Theoretical situation for a movie- Scent Leakage from 3+lbs

G'day Bluelighters!

My friend Jeremy is making a movie about smuggling and it's repercussions, and in an effort to keep things as accurate as possible, he's asked me to pose a question on here:

Character A Brings a suitcase with Approx 3 lbs of High-Grade on a train, and rides for 12 hours. The product has been triple vaccume sealed, and bleached at each layers. Will this product smell before the end of the trip? If anyone can accurately answer this question, Holler!
