The world is full of theifs, beware

Does anyone remember the good ol' days when you could dump your bag in a corner somewhere, go and dance all night, and even if no1 was nearby and your bag was all alone it would still be there when the morning arrived.
I don't remember those days 'cos my memory doesn't extend past the last few hours, I just wanted to know if someone else remembered em... if you do, can ya tell me what they were like, 'cos I can't remember...
speaking of remembering stuff, I remember when you could leave ya bag in the corner all night....

Mikey you poor thing

. I know what it's like to lose stuff (even though I've never lost that much before), it's still a pain in the ass especially when you rely on that particular thing or it has sentimental value.
I'm still grieving over the loss of my mobile at SSU. I may have a new one, but I had quite a few numbers from old friends which will be hard to get again

I've never losted that much stuff before and i really really feel for u

I always try to think that everything happens for a reason, you might not know what the reason is but there is a reason. Also, when something bad happens to you it'll balance out with something good.
Just try to see the positives from the situation.

after talking to mikey n bedle, my friend & i walked round for a while trying to find that "blond shoulder length hair n scageldy looking" asshole, but no luck
frown.gif

we did however saw a dude who looked suspicious, so we walked upto him and yelled out "have YOU been stealing bags?!?!" he looked at us thinking "what the fuck r u grrlz on?!?!" and walked off!!!!

Man my friend got his bag stolen at freestyle earlier this year, like he left it in the middle of a bunch of ppl with other bags on top. They got stolen too i think. I was helpin him find it, no luck though. However the prix dumped it in the retirement village next door, so he got it all back (except for money, but money is evil anyway).
Man i feel sorry f0r ya mikey, man like everytime i leave my house i shit myself wondering if some prick is going to rack my studio. I was going thru a stage of hiding my bits and pieces under my bed, hehe. Now im over it. I just back up all my songs. I suppoes i don't care about the actual equipment, insurances looks after that. It's all the music i've written that i care about.

Mikey br0,
if i could do anything to help let me know man.
And Serotone, how can you say that???
My gear holds a special place in my heart.
Its the first thing i look at when i wake up in the morning...apart from the ceiling.

I sympathise with the people who've had gear stolen recently... last weekend I left my car parked outside a friend's house in Glen Waverley while we went in to the WET CD launch in another car. When we returned in the early hours, my door had been screwdrivered and my car had been emptied. I lost about thirty cds (all my best ones
frown.gif
) and the thief or thieves also stole my CD player and vandalised part of my dashboard too. I reported it to the police, but they told me I might as well give up hope of getting anything back.

I don't want to sound paranoid, but just consider how much of what you're writing could help send you to Jail.

y0 Mr BT,
Thats weird, im in GlenWaverley and this areas normally not like that, Which area in GlenWaverley was it???
Thats a real headfukker getting your cds/records stolen. Like who cares if sumone takes a toaster, but music is special and it holds a special value to it.
And the worst thing is, car insurance doesnt cover them

That would show those punks!!!

I nearly had my car broken into a while back, the dodgy bastards couldn't even manage to break into my crappy old '75 corolla... not that I'm complaining mind you
wink.gif

I was lucky and only ended up with a fucked lock on the drivers side, which ain't that good 'cos now if I wanna get in I gotta jump in from the passenger side... must look pretty funny seeing someone jump into a car from the wrong side and then the car drives off

Shit, thanks to you peeps for the support. Actually I have good news with my situation, a driver from 'nepean waste management' found my bag in a large bin in richmond and so they contacted me through my uncle's office (his business card was in my wallet) from their office in Seaford.
So this morning I went on a road trip down there to collect what was left, i'm lucky cause I got back quite a few of my things. They took the small amount of cash in there, the mobile, my rave pants and rainjacket, and busted my sunnies. so whilst im still pissed off, i'm glad i recovered the rest of the shit.
and im also fuckin wrapped cause i got my hoffy back so all is not in vain!

who - told you - you could do it - like this - you cant do it like this - what who told you you could do it - like this - you cant do it like this

at the end of a big night called pushca in london in 96 we realised we had moved around a bit from where we had left bags/ jackets etc. went back found the jackets, albiet spread around a bit with footprints all over them but my sisters bag was gone: in the bag are her purse, keys (apartment and car: its november, she'd driven and its bloody cold outside)so things were not rosy in the garden.
as panic begins to set in, for this is a three times a year party, so no regulars, two guys are walking around:"anyones bag...anyone lost a bag?" well and truly out of their respective trees, the bags my sisters and nothing has been taken. so it can happen, just doesn't very often.
(couldn't fit the guys in the car so we paid for their cab home, fair'nuff)

Fuck I'm in Glen Waverley too. I'm in a good area although my street always gets targeted for house robberies. My house has been robbed once and one of our cars got broken into + we've had drunk people jump over our fence. Also I know a couple of people who have had their cars broken into at the Glen.
Shit maybe Glen Waverley isn't such a good area after all. Sorry I got off track.

I had my favourite black Oakley jacket stolen while I was in a nightclub up at Mt. Buller - some dodgy basterd must have swiped it as he walked past. Anyway, it was the most bone chilling walk home I have ever had, at 3am, in the middle of a blizzard. Lucky it was the end of the season tho!

Hope you like the jacket, C*NT. (insert an angry smiley face here)

rollin' and strollin', its kinda like bowlin'. my head's kinda big and it feels kinda swollin'!!

Im in Glen Waverley too! Damn Glen Waverley
just to tell my sop story too:
Last Christmas Eve, I was @ Yaki the night before... (Ok this was largely my fault too)
I came out in the morning after eating 2 Tweeties, very skat-cat. I was just hanging out the front, sitting down chatting to friends... Then we decided to go for coffee, just a little bit down Spencer St.
All of a sudden I realised OMG I am bagless, I ran back to where I had been sitting, ran into Yaki lost the plot cuz I could not find it!
My bag had never been so choc full of g00dies, they scored big time as it was a new bag. It had my watch, shoes, mobile, wallet, a few Welcome 2000 promo CDs, keys, ID... etk. I still havent replaced everything (heh I sumtimes wear my mum's watch if i need 1)
It was Christmas Eve, and the worst Christmas Eve ever as I came down and parents cracked da shits wid me for being so stupid and I felt so lost and upset
frown.gif

The next week was NYs and everything cheered me up hehe..... But I know how it feels. At least I learnt to be sorted at all times.

coupla mths back my bum bag got stolen at HK. it contained everything vital fer my everyday life. being an international, its not funny to lose these things.
wat happened was dat i had asked my fren to keep it in his backpack fer the nite. n guess wat? his whole backpack got stolen.
my bum bag was 1 of the things i used to wear on me every single day, whether it was to go to skool or anywhere. its no longer in production from billabong. the only consolation is dat i had cut n "welded" the straps myself to fit me, so only a VERY ****** person wif a waist size of 22-23 inches will be able to use my bum bag.
my wallet was the first thing i bought wif my 1st paycheck from working fer my big bro when i was back in singapore. it is not available here.
it contained all my IDs, my singapore ID which serves as my international ID and kannot be obtained long distance. i will havta fly back to sg personally n replace it. obviously i kant, so now im carrying my passport around as my form of ID.
my dad's international bankcard from which i draw my allowance monthly. thank god it had 7bux in it at the time.
my 1st pair of oakleys which i bought in torquay, which r no longer in production.
a handmade glass mushroom pendant which was part of my collection of 13 glass mushrooms. it happened to be in my bum bag bcos i tied it to the rubberband fer my hair. this was handmade by an artist in singapore.
my pikachu key chain wif my security zap card fer getting in n out of my apt building wif "paranoid, ultra-tight" security. my house keys.
i can go on n on... but the mos important thing dat made the whole incident devastating was dat my parents had always drilled into our heads dat we are NOT lose our things, eversince we were kids. to them, its a sign of irresponsibility. i had nvr lost anything b4, nvr misplaced my wallet or keys etc... n to lose almos everything at 1 go!
consolations: i had my new mobile (then), n the gold zippo my best fren gave to me 6yrs ago, in my pockets. but the mobile is insured, so id rather they take it n give me back all the things dat kant be replaced!
i didnt even dare to tell my dad wat happened. had to make up a story abt library lockers being broken into.
had a false alarm abt 1 mth ago at HK where i thot my bag got stolen again. it had fallen into a corner... i almos had a heart attack, bcos this time i would lose my passport, my pillbox wif all my old pills, my 2nd pair of oakleys on top of wallet n keys!
sorry abt the long rambling... but it was indeed a very disturbing episode. ive been cursing the thief eversince. i hope whoever wears my bum bag, his/her waist will develop a rash n rot. whoever touches my precious things, his/her thieving hands will itch permanently like hundreds of spiders crawling on them. wear my hair band wif my glass mushroom? hair will turn white, spread upwards to the scalp n into the brain n render the person spastic/paralysed... wear my oakleys n turn blind...
*sticks pins in voodoo doll wif little paws*

why is sk*nny still a banned word? heheheHAHAHA... havta remember to use the word "thin" from now on...
dj thin-gee, thanx alot!
