I just remembered you were a commie socialist Knocks. Did you see Chavez was re-elected? He'll be in power for 20 years at least assuming his cancer doesn't kill him before. What's your opinion on him?

I have no interest in dictators or parliamentary systems, you spoon. That isn't communism. Communism is you and me and the rest of EADD sitting in the pub and sharing the drugs out ;) OK maybe slightly more complex than that but if we're not down the pub having a laugh it's not my revolution.

Plus, new American dad and family guy (the latter most likely being crap).
If it weren't for Roger the alien or the odd funny episode of Family guy, I'd probably not watch any of them.

South park is nearly always good though.
 
On that note. The revolution will be televised is alright.

I thought Family Guy stopped being funny at least 5 years ago. Never bothered with American dad.
 
Watch last week's South Park episode, it's brilliant!!

I thought last week's South Park was shite. South Park is pretty much always shite now. They should have stopped it a while ago, but seeing as it's went on past the point of brilliance they might as well keep going (Simpsons style) because you'll still get the odd good episode & it makes no difference to me if they waste their time/reputation making 10 shit episodes to make 1 good episode, at least I'll still get to watch the good episode.
 
I remember when Simpsons was absolutely laugh a second genius. I wouldn't even watch it now.
 
Just Down loaded al of Oz . I watched it years ago but due to the ridiculous scheduling i missed , fell asleep enuff episodes.

Any one else down with me on this Amazing Programme ?
 
Anyone been watching homeland? Typical american drama, but good. Well, I like it anyway.

season 2 has just started :)

One of the best mate.

Some amazing characters. Adibisi, McManus, Kareem Said (the Muslim preacher guy), the Schillinger & Beecher thing & how that all flips about. Of course the main man Augustus Hill (dude in the wheelchair). Can't remember the Irish-American guys names, the hard nut & the slow brother, they're great characters as well.

Such a good TV show, so well written & the character development is second to none. Up there with the likes of Breaking Bad & The Wire. So under-rated as well. Not exactly under-rated, but just not as heard of/big as it should be.

I still don't understand how Adibisi made that hat stay on his head.

The new American Dad on sunday night was decent I thought. Family guy is shit now.

Have you watched the whole lot then ?

Like i said i tried back in 97 when it started on CH4 but they kept putting it later n later it got stupid.
One of mu fav. characters was the Feamle on Death Row "Shirley Bellringer " played exellently by Kathryn Erbe of Law n Order Ci. fame.

I'm doing a show a day this time . Go to episode 4 you know when the DEath Pen is re instated .
Quality H.B.O Show that hasn't had the audience it deserves imo.

Irish guy Jimmy O'Reilly.
