Watched the first episode of Utopia. I'm into this. Looks like it could be really good, enjoyed that first episode.

This is quite cool. www.channel4.com/utopia then click on the 'How Long Before They Find You' link.

Mine was 46:00:47. I'm fairly off the grid haha. I've got 46 hours to get to fuck if they're after me, I've almost always got my passport on me, I'd be ofski %)

31 hours for me, though if Brighthouse cant find me after I moved house with one of their tellies, I'm not so fussed about 'everyone' else.

Has anyone been watchign Utopia on C4? I've recorded last night's, and the first episode last week, only watched the frst 15 mins of the first episode, but on too late for me...Will prob try and watch them at the weekend...

Yes I've watched the first two episodes and each episode gives you enough to want to watch the following episode to find out what happens.
Its nice to have something original and a bit different to watch.

True that. I'm actually a bit annoyed that I found out about this before it was finished. Can't be doing with waiting a week for the next episode!

Braveheart is on Film4 now. S'been tiiiiiiime since I've watched it.
Takes me back :)

And it sounds like there's going to be an utterly terrible Irish Horror film on afterwards called "Isolation"

Dan Reilly, a farmer working in rural Ireland, is propositioned by a local bio-genetics firm to assist in some experiments to make faster growing cattle. The experiments go awry and one of Dan's cows births a calf that is already pregnant with six malformed feti with fangs and exoskeletons. Orla, a local veterinarian, kills the calf and unwittingly allows one of the still living feti to escape during a necropsy. John, the scientist conducting the experiment, discovers that the cells of the feti are replicating far too quickly and that the missing fetal creature has the potential to infect cows as well as humans globally, causing a massive infestation of the bloodthirsty creatures. They are now on a mission to kill the creature before it escapes from the farm.

Sounds like it's gunna be akin to that NZ mutant sheep film :D

Braveheart class film indeed. 10pm on ITV1+1 is the second episode of Inside Death Row with Trevor Mcdonald.

I just done that Utopia questionaire and apparently I have got 55hrs 30mins and 04sec.
So I figure I've got time for a cup of tea before I better start running.

I've been meaning to watch that - Shall have to catch it on their ITVplayer ting or summit.
Got 47 hours on that Utopia thing. Will be watching it.

A questionnaire you shayyyy?..... Hmmmmm..... Later lol ;)

Really fuckin enjoying Utopia! I know it's only 2 episodes in and, in a way, it feels like it's not going to have many - A bit like "Black Mirror" - But yea yo, it's really intrigued me from the off :)

I don't reckon I'll watch this Irish horror on Film4 next (even though I love Irish cinema) and just play Ace Combat 2 instead (Got it on a PS emulator yo! :D) while trying not to nod out too often 8)

Ooooohh I'd no idea there were more to come!
I'm as excited as {insert Jimmy Savile joke here}!

I love how much Charlie Brooker has added to this country's comedic, satiristic and proper dark humour and in so many mediums :)
Plus he gets to make shweet Lurv to Konnie Huq.... [Said in his voice...]
"Lucky Bastard..."

Watched that BBC3 "documentary" about 'drone drones earlier. As annoying as ever for BBC3 drug docs. Drives me nuts watching - frankly - morons living up to every tabloid cliche of hoofing ridiculous quantities of chemicals they clearly know nowt about and then bitchin' 'bout being fucked over by 'em. The lass who relapsed right on cue for the cameras after informing us all that she'd been snorting 7-9g of meph a day needing her mother to show her the Talk to Frank page (of all things 8)) to explain to her why that wasn't such a wise move was especially nauseating. I don't entirely blame such people for not bothering to check up on what they're doing before doing it - I certainly did much of that til I finally got access to t'interwebz and discovered BL and the like and could've saved meself many a fuck-up if I'd known about such things and had the means to access the info at the time. But folk like that who can easily read up on their Powders of Joy and Pain but just don't bother do irk me somewhat. But where would BBC3 drug docs be without 'em 8)

In other TV news, that Utopia thing does look pretty good but am not very good at keeping up with stuff on tellybox so may wait until it's finished an C4 puts it all up on their PooToob channel... Assuming they do. Similar for the new series of Black Mirror. Watched the first series amidst a lengthy dissociative binge and it completely befuddled and depressed me. Pretty sure I'd apprectiate it better sans the dissociation... which is a rare thing to say about any viewing matter =D

It's only got 6 episodes as far as I know.

It's torrentable just now (the first 2 episodes anyway). I refuse to fuck with 4OD now that they make me watch adverts.

watched the first Utopia, not sure I'm going to continue. It was OK but very C4 lots of style but unsure about the plot

give me Taken by Spielberg for conspiracies and cliffhangers anyday :D

PTCH: No ads on 4OD (or PooToob or anywhere else as far as I can tell) if you use AdBlockPlus. I also almost stopped watching 4OD cos of all the ads - and PooToob is barely usable with the ads - never even knew they had any til I had to reinstall me browser and forgot to reinstall me addons. An essential broswer addon for all. Can't imagine why anybody would go without it really.

Mamrz: Thanks for the headsup on the Jim Jeffries thing. Never heard of it but watched all of his live DVDs a while back. Man's a genius =D

TLM: Watched that trailer you posted for that Kung Fu show. Wasn't really expecting all that much - just another cheesy martial arts fanboy show or summat - but that really does look amazing. Stunningly shot and with beaucoup Radiohead too? I'm in.
