The What's Good on TV Thread ver. piracy ftw

They guy who said about 8 or 9 brits die a year, didn't look too sure on his figures though. She asked him how many people die, and he said something like, hmmm britisih, around 8 or 9.

It's probably true. It wouldn't make national news no, but it would make local press. It's up to the family if the word gets around or not.

Actually, just a google search brings back info about deaths at full moon parties. Apparently, they call the people who go off for a float in the sea when fucked or fall asleep just as the tide is coming in 'Suicide nappers'

I don't think it is true. 9 British people are not kicking the bucket every year at FMPs, I'll bet all my non existant money on it. And they are totally exaggerating the figures who attend FMPs, they don't have anywhere near 30,000 people every month.
 
Why are you so sure there will be a lot of deaths? That article talks about ONE boy from Israel getting stabbed in a bar whilst on Koh Pha Ngnan island not even during the FMP from some local teenagers.

Been trying to get into Boardwalk Empire but it's not happening. Watched a few episodes and not finding it that good.
 
not seen the 3rd series of Breaking Bad yet, and the 2nd ended on such a cliffhanger
 
Has anyone else started watching The Event, yet? I promise you it's worth it.
 
Watched about half an episode the other night and it seemed to be absolutely pish.
 
So, Spade, you've watched 'about half an episode' and you've already concluded it's shit? How about you try watching it from the beginning, and maybe a full episode?
