Tip doing push ups in this weather, made me feel better.
On un-buttoning my blouse, when you got two tits and a six pack to show.
at age 52, surrounded by meat eating fat bellied/ lard asses. Half or 2/3 your age.

Being idle is a sin, but this falls under only the fittest of the fit shall survive.
 
Offices, and most newer cars and vans have it. So at least there is some relief for some.

Today the temperatures are going to be very high, and the humidity very low. This is bad news for my ferns, which im trying to protect against spider mite infestations. They love low humidity and high temps, while the spider mite predators ive bought thrive in high humidity. I'll be out all day at work too, but will give everything a massive soaking when I get back to raise the humidity.

Next year I might have use a bit of a nasty pesticide, if the mite predators dont help sufficiently this year.

Been alternating between showers and scorching sunshine all day. Gotta love England.

We have a Damson plum tree at the bottom of the garden which has been raining down ripe plums for the last month. Negatives include a lot of fruit flies at the bottom of the garden but even with the fallen ones starting to ferment they smell delicious.

Another bonus is that they give the slugs and snails a target aside from my flowerbeds so that's good too.
