Cracked just put up a great article on 5 Reasons TWD Has to Get Better. I agree with a lot of what's said here, and it does make me very optimistic about the next season.

No I agree, it probably wasn't necessary at that point to kill Shane (possibly not self defense). Although watching your back for the rest of time would probably be just as hard as living with the fact you killed your best friend.

But yeah in a post apocalyptic world I'd imagine it would be too dangerous to have Shane hanging around plotting all sorts of shit behind your back.

Yeah, that scene was really entertaining. When Shane picked up that wrench I was like "are you fucking kidding? Taking it to a whole nother crazy level". I actually laughed at its semi-absurdity.

Shane, even though he was built was the apocalypse, had to go. He fucked his best friend's wife.. told her he loved her.. he was obsessed with her and Carl the whole entire time. Notice everytime Lori talked with Shane, Shane went and did something really fucked up. She basically just fucked with his head until he went insane.

This is one of the best shows on tv these days if not the best. i also liked how after every episode that night i would have a pretty lucid dream about mowing down zombie hoards and shit with people i know. it happened after every single episode fuckin sweet lol

I need to start buying the comic book series while I wait for the show to return. It's one of the very few shoes on television that I care for. The new Monster Man show is pretty decent, too, if you're into special effects. I'm a nay-sayer of CGI so I dig it.

Naked man killed by Police near MacArthur Causeway was ‘eating’ face off victim

One man was shot to death by Miami police, and another man is fighting for his life after he was attacked and his face allegedly half eaten, by a naked man on the MacArthur Causeway off ramp, police said.

The bloodshed began about 2 p.m. when a series of gunshots were heard on the ramp, which is along NE 13th Street, just south of The Miami Herald building. Witnesses said a woman saw the two men fighting and flagged down a police officer who was in the area.

The officer, who has not been identified, approached and saw that the naked man was actually chewing the other man’s head, according to witnesses. The officer ordered the naked man to back away, and when he continued the assault, the officer shot him. The attacker continued to eat the man, despite being shot, forcing the officer to continue firing. Witnesses said they heard at least a half dozen shots.
