Well, I went to this lovely garden on the peninsula last week and discussed how fabulous it would be for a good LARP. But no, to date I have limited my adventures to tabletop gaming. I haven't been playing long, but it kind of keeps my imagination lively in my old age.
 
Well thanks to the kind people at Wiki, I now know what LARP is.

Is is kinda like playing Monkey majic when I was younger, using cut down bamboo as a staff. Or do I actually have to role a dice before I smack my brother across the head?

And upon further investigation Vanth, despite having close to 20 N64 games (including all the Zelda's, which is a pleasent surprise) alas I do not have WaveRacer :(

I could set up the blow up pony in the paddle pool, in front of the 40inch and we could play Mario Kart instead.

Second thoughts, if Goldeneye won't win you over, the Elves and wizards can have you....... ;)

makes me wish i still got stoned, this game was one of the main reasons why i got such a shitty TER/UAI. orange soda, billy bong thornton and a Dreamcast with Rez, why would you go to school?

I used to about 10 years ago, if not more.....


.....yeah I got picked on a fair bit at school.

But fuck 'em, I had a +3 cloak of rubber, so what they said bounced off me and stuck to them.
 
At the moment I'm playing Final Fantasy XII.I think my selection of video games is the only way you'd ever tell I was Asian (other than my skin tone and eyes).
 
I have reinstated my love affair with Munchkin and now play it at every opportunity (and spend all my money on expansions for it). I am quietly transitioning into full blown nerd, it seems.
 
Still hard at Pokemon Diamond. Up to the last gym but I need to power up my Pokemon before I attempt it. I could probably win easy, but I have the need to have tough Pokemon.

Not sure what I'll play next. I should finish Zelda.

Any new and exciting games on NDS out yet? Or soon to be released?
 
Any SCUMM fans out there? Monkey Island/Maniac Mansion/and shit?
i can't be the only one. i think.

Story-wise? What the ef? I've played mario broze before they were super. never had a story.

I am am deeply in love with all things early Lucasarts Adventure. And Sierra as well.

Too bad that all Lucasarts does now is make shitty Star Wars games. I think Grim Fandango was the last decent game they made.
 
Ah, I remember being really excited about Grim Fandango coming out. I must have gotten laid between then and the release because I don't remember ever playing it :D

My sister convinced me finally to play WoW with her yesterday. Oh dear. My brother was in the game at the same time too. Can you say mega-nerd-family?
 
Trust me, I want this game to work so my partner still has a freaking job!

The press demo is due this week and if it tanks, I can kiss my one month in America goodbye.
