He held her hand, so tight she could feel it bruising underneath his grip
She smiled, he always knew when she needed to feel
The drive wasnt as long as she had hoped
She wasnt sure that when they reached the end she would be ready
He is ready
Exhausted, in pain for so long he craved that dream
She was beauty to him, encompassing every inch of his heart
She was dedicated to him, she was the angel in his eyes
He felt her trembling, her hand shaking inside his
He looked at her, into those giant trusting green eyes
He refused to recognize the fear he saw so clearly
She looked at him, she knew he saw
She has to stay strong, she promised, it was not something she can take back
He has always been the one she could count on
They made this choice together
The end of the road
They get out, climb up to the tree on the hill
This tree who saved them so many times
Gave them a place to run, this was the place
She felt her heart jump, a chill ran through her veins
He smiled, he loves the way her back would twist when she got cold
They sat down under the big branch he used to hang on while she sang him a song
They looked at each other again, reading, searching for one another
She knew they had nothing left but each other
She had lost everything, and all she wanted was to live in his eyes
He wished things were different, but he knew he couldnt be without her
He reached in his pocket, the metal shimmered in the dark
She trusted him, she had faith that he was the only one who loved her
He laid it down to take her face in both hands
He kissed her soft pale lips, wiped the tear running down her cheek
He knew she was afraid
She leaned on the back of the tree and closed her eyes
He whispered he loved her
She felt the click, then the cold against her temple
Her heart was racing, she took a deep breath
Her end
The noise echoed out, he watched as her eyes glazed over
He kissed her again, and held her hand as it grew cold
Now he leaned right next to her
She was now his forever
Closed his eyes, felt the heat from the metal
He smiled, took a deep breath
His end

That was a very intense final moment you captured...I felt the horror as the scene slowly shifted.
