Hi gang, sorry it's been awhile since I could talk to you - TLB has been busy and wouldn't let me get on the computer. Over the next few days I'll try to fill you in on how my visit with him went. I'll start by saying his house is nicely decorated, but nobody was home when I arrived.

So, I hopped out and waited on the front porch for him to get home.

You know, while we were warming up to the fire, I found a feline nearby had a heated seat, so I joined her.

On Monday, I went to where TLB 'works'. I use quotes, because he doesn't do all that much (surfs the internet a lot, but that's about it). Who could get much work done in this mess?

He explained that the windows on his side overlook the parking lot, but on the next wall, they face the neighborhoods. Those are bulletproof because the building is in the 'cracktown' section, but his side are regular glass because people like him aren't management, and are therefore expendable.

In the meantime, some of his co-workers thought I looked lonely, so they tried to hook me up with a date.
