I have all the time in the world to get over the jetlag but jetlag really makes me feel bad, I remember how awful I felt when I arrived in HK last summer and that was flying business class which made the whole journey painless.
It's so hard for me to regulate my sleeping pattern when I go abroad because I'm already a poor sleeper and my body clock getting all fucked up makes things so much worse. I arrived in Bangkok a couple years ago having been awake for 24hrs, stayed out till midnight local time then decided to head to bed. Slept for 1hr then woke up and was awake all night from there on in, my body clock just wouldn't adjust properly and spend the whole holiday in a sleepless state.
It won't help I'll be staying in hostels in dorm rooms, will get no fucking sleep!
