Do you think it is about the dose or is it just the kind of ppl we are?
Whenever we do acid we all get a talking about things like general trends in population and the human psyche and the way the brain works in terms of thought and stuff. This is the kind of things we think about. Is it the dosage that was really a problem or is it possible to have a personality that is self-destructive with LSD?
Self-destructive? I wouldn't call it that.
In my opinion, your looking for an answer to yourself. I went through this same situation your referring to, i've found some people are satisfied with what they learn after a certain point, while others continue to probe there inner psyche.
This was always my intention when dosing LSD, to breakdown everything to it's core elements in order to gain an understanding of myself and my surroundings, and it's so easy to do on LSD.. which is why i think i was drawn to this process of analytical thinking.
The problem was it eventually lead me to a state of 'duality'. I would see reality as either 'simulated' or 'real' which would correspond to the two different hemispheres of my brain (Rational) and (Intuitive), but i was never able to reach a mutual agreement. Your mind compares data from both sides in order to come to a conclusion, when that conclusion is met.. it then compares that data to come to another conclusion and and so on.
It's a seemingly infinite process while conscious, as that is our means.. to experience and 'learn'. This is why LSD more or less left me in a state of discontent. It was only via a DMT breakthrough ego loss that i was able to fully understand the concept of 'Infinity'. These days i now use LSD for pure entertainment or fun, as i know exactly where i will end up if i choose to analyze.
