Changing the subject a little... not sure how many fans of heavier music we have here but...

The new Asking Alexandria album is AMAZING. I actually was never a huge fan, as I gravitated more toward death/black metal, rather than metalcore.

But this new album, the “self titled” album. OMG. There will be some elitists who say they “sold out” by changing their sound. But they’re experimenting, they’re doing what they want to do, the music and vocals border on genius at times, and the entire album is an experience to listen to. Count me in as an Asking Alexandria fan. One of best albums I’ve heard in years. So emotional. So passionate. So fucking awesome.
 
Got a migraine from hell today. Not had one this bad in a few years :( I'm almost certain the trigger was a Chinese takeaway last night.

Ugh, sorry to hear about the migraine, hope it goes away soon. I've never had one, personally, but it seems like one of the worst experiences I can imagine.
 
I bet Colt Dan's avatar has quite the migraine too from being forced to constantly rotate around like that...

Turns out it was actually the prelude to a sinus infection. Everything's swelling up now.

Ah well. Better get a ton of rest. Should probably stop spinning so much right MDPV ;)
 
Yeah they're sucky but a migraine is worse. I had a migraine that lasted for 16 days once.

Separately I had a concussion n post -concussive headaches for 3 months after I fell in my kitchen . .. no I was not drunk or otherwise fucked up. I had cut my hand badly on a broken glass, saw the vein n the whole sink full of blood n i fainted. Boom. Nobody knows exactly what I hit my head on. I think floor.

So now I just stuffed myself with shrimp poppers n tater chips. What the fuck am I supposed to do now?
 
Not joking, living with family again. In a very high drug traffic area so I understand it. Thinking about a gym membership when I get back working.

I don't think I've ever been homeless per se. There were a day or two years ago, when I was not quite sure where I was headed next. But I never did have to sleep in my car or actually Go Homeless. Knock on wood (****WHOOOOAAA THERE IT IS! superstition as discussed over in the lounge.)
