Intelligent n smart yes.

But ohhhhh how easily we mind Fuck n manipulate ourselves.

I understand the reluctance to get those prescriptions formally and finally CANCELLED but oh MY dear Shroomy it's what I would do. As hard as that will be, once ya get outta this bender, the words are typed here. Consider them when you can.

You've been doing so well. I think the end of the 2C product left your body wanting " something " and every day weed just wasn't cutting it. I'm worried but I trust you to do what ever needs done, as it comes to your own mind in your own time. We all care. That's why we watch n listen n try to Suggest.

Take care Shroomy n talk bout this a few days later after the pills are gone (if you're like me you'll have a dick head angry period following pills usage ) . Then talk bout all this some more.

Has anyone had success staying clean by using non addictive drugs to scratch the itch to get high? I think kava and weed can be a nice way to take the edge off sobriety.

I personally believe weed is addictive. Just less harmful than a lotta things . I'm not familiar with kava.
What keeps me away from using my DOC is : it's not easy to get. I take gabapentin for body aches n daily boosts of mood energy etc. And lastly I just mentally Drag myself outta feeling poorly, back into lookin at life as worth living in the present (albeit suckily drug free) moment.

That's a strategy that's easy to overlook. Distractions can go a long way. Sex is a great way to get a little dopamine and adrenaline flowing ;)

Yes, pretty much anything can be addictive, but some drugs can definitely be more destructive than others. Cannabis is certainly less harmful than opioids for most people. I think absolute sobriety is an ideal to be strived for among people with addiction problems, but i wouldn't rule out opting for the lesser of two evils if it keeps you away from the harder stuff.

I spent a summer thrillseeking. Jumped off bluffs, found out it's 4 hrs 32 mins east to west in Texas, got back into boxing, ran every day, anything to keep that blood pumping

Man I've really wanted to get into some sort of martial arts or boxing. I just can't seem to find the time or motivation to get off my lazy ass :/

Jumping off bluffs sounds fun. I personally know a couple people that nearly dies cliff jumping, so I've always avoided it. Im sure it's fine as long as you're smart about it, though

Agreed 100%

Yeah I've been boxing since I was a little kid, it's a huge commitment. You almost have to be a semi pro runner to be a successful boxer, I love it. And I was not smart about it lol.

I'm not overweight but I'm badly out shape. Definitely trying to get back in work-out mode too. I was working out pretty regularly before I got in a car accident a while back. Im perfectly fine now, but it's tough to get back in a regular routine once you stop for awhile.

Sorry to hear that.
I'm a fatty mc butterpants right now myself. I was this same size 3 years ago n cut out pop n white sugar which resulted In dropping 40 some pounds.
I need to do that again.
Will power ? Can anyone send some will power my way or is that considered sourcing ?

I'm not overweight but I used to be "underweight". Looking forward to an emaciated body again one day.

meth just kept me stupidly lean

qft

Right now I might even be underweight. When I'm actively working on trying to build muscle, I'll eat 3k+ calories a day and hit the gym at least 3 times a week. Right now I'm the lightest I've been since my freshman year of highschool lol. Nothing to do with drug use. Just stressed af with little care to eat more than 1 meal a day. And I'm poor and food is expensive

I really need to break these shitty habits I developed after my accident.

if you're in the states and low/no income, food stamps is a valid option

I know a lot of the states don't have a lot of food options, but where I live there are many stores, and I keep prices memorized and when I notice a good deal I buy. If something's expensive, I won't, even if I need it for a meal, and I'll go to another store.
