That's a 12kv primary into a 50hz 230v secondary, the old and /or overtaxed insulators arc through to the case and are more impressive at night or when the oil catches fire and drips down the pole, though the necessity of a new gennie with it's dull hum droning away might take some of the entertainment value out of it. I can see why your peeps are switching to solar and are now in the top 10 countries in the world for photo-voltaic usage. I'm an electrician BtW, not a total power system geek, but close.
