25h-nbome?

I can't seem to find anything regarding this seemingly rare substance. Anyone have experience with this chem?

Erny (a BLer and somewhat of a connaisseur on the topic of bomamines as he calls these) says that 25H is viciously adrenergic or at least seems that way. So I guess one would need to extrapolate from some of the side-effects also seen with other NBOMe's... not sure though, either way it sounds horrible.

Thanks for the info. It seems there's a reason this chem is so rare.

Lol I still have some 25H blotters that I don't think I'll ever find info on. I'm guessing these aren't too hot when compared to the more popular NBOMEs on that note.

Losing the 4-substitution may mean losing selectivity in action, in any case like I mentioned before Erny claimed 25H-NBOMe feels terribly adrenergic. Just set up this thread for completeness sake i.e. it would be most welcome to hear about anyone (else) trying this compound and we can discuss why it is or isn't such a good idea to try out this compound.
And if nothing else, this scanty thread can confirm our lacking more info.

More info:
- 2C-H is not active on its own as it appears to be subject to fast metabolization probably via MAO-B, lacking the 4-position substitution to protect itself from that. Activating it via MAO-B inhibition (e.g. via deprenyl) has been proposed but IIRC this can be dangerous and possibly lead to such things as hypertensive crisis.
- 25H-NBOMe may be active on its own maybe since it is not bitesize anymore for metabolizing enzymes. In any case Erny's warning about adrenergic effects is consistent with the above rather than surprising.
- I think 25-NBOMe is another neat way for this compound, describing only the substitutions that are actually there.

Analytical data (including NMR, GC/MS, IR)

Considering the affinity of 25H for 5HT2 receptors is something like 0.3% that of 25I, and its EC50 shows it is weak as fuck (effective dose at 5ht2A is 675 times higher than 25I)... it's a dead end.
