the silent day, led me to hear nothing but noise
clammering around the anger, and the misery
hiding my joy
letting the world know something
with every action
every soft move
whipers sereal
tainted bottles
like the colors of two toned irony
bleeding together into a strange gray matte
hording the time and the money
just to create such a frail existance
just to exhale in the freedom
without the ihale of a single ounce of reason
no rythm no ryhme
i fear the pulsation of my own heartbeat
telling me when to awaken
to move
the calloused bones and the anticipating skin
streached forth to decide the hour
to complete the day
in a curious apathy hindering mental thought
loosing everything
to gain something
reckoning the drunken sobriety
to erase all the hatred, all the fear
pleading with sanity
to bring me here

loosing everything
to gain something
i really like this line.
i feel like i should have something more profound to say after all the great advice you've given me lately, but i dont... its just one of those pieces that is pretty and mixed-emotion, that i relate to, but cant quite put to words.

Sometimes its when we are in a state of torment that we create our best poetry.
I liked this poem a lot...
