acid scattered. Oh the hilarity.

They knew. I tried to explain it to the other users.

note to self: you cant sustain flotation on an umbrella in a pool. It is also very difficult to ride a bike off the roof of a house into a pool with a head full of acid. So very difficult.

Signat :D

seedy and scattered

So last night my mobile ran out of batteries while at sub culture
my friend lent me her phone to use, on the condition i bring it to her at work today.
I get to the city and, being such a hot day, and me being lazy, i decided to park close to her work (on hay st). I thought the sign said 15 minute parking. Apparently its 15 minutes for shuttle buses only. So, $100 fine.

I had to put the phone in my friends car, so after finding out im now donating 100 of my hard earned money to the trafic fairys, i decided to drive to the car park where my friends car is. Only, because im so scattered i went to the wrong car park... twice. And when i was leaving the car park i mis-placed the token, had to spend a good few minutes franticly searching through my car while the person behind me beeped his horn.

After failing to find my friends car i said "fuck it" and went home

lockone: down $100 + fuel

fuck the city

i havent felt this shit on a sunday on ages... i just remembered why i dont wanna drink and do drugs anymore!!!

it went from just being an alco night to people searching for drugs, and all of us railing stupid chunks of pills...

WHY GO AWAY EVIL DEMON!

Seedy and scattered Monday morning at work :( So fucking tired too. I gotta stop these big weekends :\

Scattered for all the wrong reasons.

My oh-so-kind roster had me working 13 hour nights Thurs/Fri/Saturday nights.
Then here I am working 13 hour days on Monday/Tues/Wed.
You get SO long to let your body clock get back into the swing of things....

Right now it's 9am and my brain is getting ready to tuck itself into bed. But it doesn't actually get to do that until at least 10pm tonight.

Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzt.
*snap*

I had one of those seedy days yesterday where I was so seedy, I couldn't even muster the energy to get to the computer to write about how seedy I was in the seedy thread. So I'm reporting today in retrospect.

My total effort for the day was driving home from a party, in my pyjamas and ugg boots, at 10am. Dumping my bags on the floor then lying on the couch for the whole day. I only moved once, and that was to heat up some leftover pizza. And that took supreme (haha - supreme get it?) effort.

I found panadene forte in my friends' medicine cabinet though... apologies to my friend, but it was necessary I 'borrowed' two .... lovely respite from thumping head =D

That's insane :( I remember how much it used to kill me going from 5pm-1am shift to 7am-3pm - I always used to end up sick.

Hope you get through it ok!

I can't believe they expect doctors, probably the most important profession in society, to work hours that could easily lead to burnout or mistakes. It's absolutely ridiculous.

im advancing this 3 days...

big day out's on thursday so do not work for anyone... im sure im not the only 1 out of 55,000 that had to work...

This is a fuckin joke, my legs are in utter fuckin pain

and why does acid have to come back when im trying to sleep or have sex close to 12 hours after having it... fuckin shit...

well this would have 2 be teh 1st wkend that im not seedy or scattered on a sunday in a long time... sad i know but just couldnt get in teh mood this wkend.

You are a doctor ? And you take drugs? What a fucking idiot.

I am adding an edit to say that I know that this post doesnt infer that you take drugs, but I do know or I am certain that you have taken them by other peoples, maybe even your own posts. This is the first time that I have come to know that you are responsible for health and wellbeing of others based on your meticulous judgement.

Disgraceful.

^ Do you really believe all drug users are not able to be responsible, functional members of society?

Today is day 3 of detox. I'm wishing I was hungover or something, I'm so bored I could stab myself in the eye with a fork just for fun :\

I do believe they can. A doctor's responsibilities however transcend that of a 'responsible, functional member of society'.

Mel, I know you're a friend but you need to learn to get off your high horse sometimes. You don't know anything about him, stop being so judgemental.

I think there is more of a risk in the hours doctors are forced to work than in a doctor taking drugs in their time off.
