Ok, i have had a bunch of generous psychiatrists over the years, and i am not completely ignorant of their recreational possibilities.
Has anyone ever experimented with Trazdone? (an MAOI treated for depression awhile ago, and now used for insomnia) I've heard about preloading on this for a better high of LSD...is this true?
Fleuoxotine (prozac) ?
Gabapentin?
i've also got syrian rue...any of this stuff recreational?
 
Nope. Prozac is a SSRI they cannot be abused.
Gabapentin (brand name Neurontin) is a GABA analogue. It was originally developed for the treatment of epilepsy, and currently, gabapentin is widely used to relieve pain, especially neuropathic pain and does not appear to be abuseable.

But good news, syrian rue appears to be a sedative, narcotic, mildly to moderately visual". Depending upon dosage, common effects are nausea, dizziness, ataxia, oneirophrenia, tinnitus, hypertension, visual trails, and closed eye visuals.

Some would argue gabapentin has recreational qualities at 900-1200mg+, gives you a floaty/dizzy/drunk type buzz. Check out some threads here before you just go downing pills though. And trazadone has no recreational value, it's good for comedowns/getting a good nights sleep though, not sure about the whole pre-loading for a LSD trip though, if you did you'd want a very low dose or it'd just knock you out...

Of all that, the Syrian Rue is your best bet. Look online (erowid) for the bast way to prep and consume.
 
I've had experience with gabapentin and trazodone

Gabapentin i found to be a really unique high, like pregabalin but not as twitchy. Strange but nice

Trazodone a friend is scripted for depression, it makes him drowzy when he takes it and panicky if he misses a dose.
I tried it once for a meph comedown a while back to get some sleep, it gave me slight visuals, headfuck and headache. Did get a bit of sleep after a few hours but it was a horrible feeling. I remember reading somewhere its turned into mcpp in the body but not sure how true that is. Would explain the headache and slight visuals though

Prozac isn't recreational at all :)
 
Trazodone isn't recreational, good for sleep though. I've tried gabapentin and pregabilin (Lyrica, it's the newer form of gabapentin). I just felt kind of warm, pale, little bit tired, a little bit relaxed. Had to take half a bottle of the stuff for that though, and just ended up falling asleep. It's more expensive than benzos scrip or not and you're more likely to get high smoking banana peels lol. Just whatever you do please, please don't take too much gabitril, I lived my life on autopilot for about a day. Crazy shit, oh and the last 8 hours were stumbling around, unable to stand straight, puking everywhere, hitting my head on everything, knocking everything over, trying to talk but not saying anything english. Was like someone melted my brain.

Booze is a lot better and if you're strapped for cash buy some MD20/20.
 
ditto on the bumwine suggestion . if you are so desperate to get loaded then forget the sophomoric notion of abusing some crazymeds and just get pissed on cheap booze .

In my experience, as well as both of the people I introduced it to, above 1200 mgs of gabapentin provided somewhat of an enjoyable drunk experience, but neither I nor either of my friends have really been to interested in trying it again since our initial couple of experiences, for whatever reason. Spacing out the pills over and hour or two really helps I think, the 300 mg pills are monster size anyway it just seems like stomach logic.
 
Why do people have to blab so much nonsense. Reality check, all the substances you listed have no "true" recreational value.. basically what i mean is that none of those substances are "fun" or "feel good" ..
Gabapentin - so you want a "drunk/dizzy" feeling? Ok so go drink some Alcohol or take a xanax, those both work on GABA shit and actually feel good.

Prozac - So you are depressed? Try some vicodin - that'll make you happy.

Syrian Rue - are you fucking serious?
