Hey I’m starting a thread where people can post there success stories on there recovery. It can include how long you’ve been sober to just getting started and needing somewhere to vent kind of like AA just in a thread form. I’ll start for 4 years I was a heavy alcoholic. I would wake up with a bottle of whiskey and go to bed with one. I thought it would never end until one miraculous day I decided to pull myself out of the dumps and kick the bottle for good
I started exercising every time I wanted to drink and I’m no time lost 20 pounds immediately. 10 months later alcohol free I’m 60 pounds lighter and feeling brand new. So anyone else want to share there recovery stories to inspire other people to do so post them here. And Goodluck.
