I've just got white mdma powder from a random, but I've gotten in the past purple MDMA, pink grams, yellow/orange ones, glittery/shiny ones (that last one probably not a good thing).

My dealer used to tell me it all depended on the amount of alcohol, and type of alcohol used to cut mdma with. Is this true? If not, what is it that contitutes different colors of mdma?

While it is impossible to tell the contents/adulterants of a pill by its color, is that the case with madman too??
 
Pure MDMA crystals should be white to an off-white brownish color varying based on purity. Any other color is a cut, or chem fuck-up in my opinion...

Pure MDMA is a white to off white crystalline substance.

That is fact. Google methylenedioxy-N-methylamphetamine appearance.

Are those colors all Powders your describing??

Dude, some asshole is just crushing up pills and selling you the powder if thats the case. Which means each bag of 'mdma' was probably half a pill, if you were lucky.
 
no, the mdma i was getting was not crushed up pills - it was just cut with various things, it seems.

The thing I find hard to understand is how huge crystals were pink-ish - by whole crystals i mean 50 grams worth at least. I suppose it cant be hard to crystallize the stuff so it appears untouched.

While I say pure should be off white/ white.....it does appear on the streets as other colors.

I have seen pink, purple, yellow, and blue.

Most of time it was just simple food coloring to keep track of batches.

If you guys feel you have issues with purity, get that shit tested.

Or recrystalize it. That would get rid of any added color and most impurities.

Also, now, realize there can be varying degrees of impurites. The pinkish crystal you have seen may be perfectly fine.

I would be wary of colored MDMA...if they color the product there's no telling what they may cut it with. Get a testing kit. =)
