Having grown up reading Poe, like I'm sure many have, I was excited when I first heard about this film. I thought it was going to be something like a series of shorts telling various stories of his. However I guess it's going to be something more along the lines of Seven or Saw meets Edgar Allen Poe.

yep - i saw a trailer last night and it looks very atmospheric. i loved v for vendetta so i expect to enjoy this. great source material.
