Has anyone ever been arrested in possession of designer psychedelics? if so what happened to you?
 
Well I was shipped off in an ambulance (ethanol poisoning, I was young and stupid) and the lawmen got a hold of my box-o'-RCs. I was called up a couple months later and they told me the DA decided not to press charges since it wasn't technically illegal (haha too inconvenient to prosecute I suppose), and they gave it all back to me.
 
Where are you collinz? I think never knows best and agathos are talking about the US. In the UK pretty much all the designer psychedelics apart from AMT are class A so you'd be automatically charged with possession of class A.
 
One of my best freinds got stopped by the police and they took some amphetamine from him. He allso has Methoxetamine on him, but the police asked him what it was and he told them it wasn't made illegal yet.

So they gave the vial with ~500mg back to him. :D

That's very unusual - by giving the vial back to him they were guilty of supplying it for human use which would be illegal under the medicines act. It's pretty standard procedure for them to seize anything that even looks like a drug and refuse to give it back.
 
Agreed, but these cops aren't the wisest guys in town.

They made a lot of mistakes in this situation to my freinds advantage, then you don't complain ;)

I had to go to A & E for serotonin toxcity. The nice nurse there just asked me some questions for a suicidal risk assesment. Scored 4/10 so I was classified as safe and released the next day. Got asked what I took and I said research chemicals called MDAI and MPA. When my mum told the lady over the phone about MDAI she just laughed and was like "Yeah lot of kids are using that lol".
 
When the house got raided we got caught with a few hundred 4-AcO-DMT gummies which were thrown out after the lab tests came back negative. And later almost got caught with a few grams of JWH-200 after the ban, but managed to convince them it was a gluten-free health supplement! even though there was a mini spoon with it.. pretty lucky! No charges for RC's so far.

this reminds me... I was reading some state laws for me and my state specifically can charge you with a drug charge if you have something that looks or could be sold as a drug or something like that (What came to mind was a bag of white powder or flour even maybe.)

This kinda makes me wanna wonder. If someone (sober, no traces of drugs in urine, hair, etc) driving a car with nothing incriminating besides a bag of white powder that's the consistency of cocaine (have some pressed chunks, etc), what kinda trouble do you think they'd get into? all the powder would be sugar/flour/etc
My guess is there'd be some type of charges in the end, but nothing drug related. A charge related to some bullshit about wasting their time or something, heh.

Just a stoned thought...:)

last halloween my friend's costume was "drug dealer". we wandered around downtown and bar hopped while my friend carried around a huge food scale with a massive pile of flour on top. he even had those little baggies which he filled with flour and waved at people. i had a pretty good time throwing those all over dance floors watching people thinking they just ground scored a bunch of cocaine. more than a few times he even walked up to police asking if they need a little pick me up waving the scale around. cops didnt want anything to do with it and most didnt even say anything, some just laughed. in retrospect it was a very silly idea, but still very entertaining to watch. made for some awesome pictures as well.
 
^Best halloween costume I've ever heard of. Pretty funny story too.
I'm sure good memories were made that night. Halloween is always a blast, you can do shit you'd never do/be allowed to get away with
 
My house was raided in 2000 because there was a lot of GBL going around. It was in a bottle labeled cleaning solvent. Damn near 10 bottles was gone through. But, they didn't charge me and my dad even showed up during the raid. They told him "we have reason to believe your son is selling ecstasy..." he interrupted them and told them "yeah, he gets it off the internet" Lol. I even gave some to my dad to try it out. Anyway, they all left and they actually took a photo of the bottle and put it on the front page paper titled "New drug in town"

Yeah that sounds like erm so true.

Also who the fuck came up with calling GBL/GHB liquid ecstasy" anyhow , thats like calling vodka "bio petrol"
 
on a slightly different note, in Lincolnshire LSD is very VERY hard to come buy, i only knew of one guy and me and him were quite good friends. we used to drop onto fruit pastilles and wrap individually in tinfoil.... one night when i was tripping at home i watched cops with cameras, they were in skegness after one of the 'pleasuredone' raves... the police went to Gibralter point car park n found some lads who had been raving and now just chilling in the car. they got searched and one lad had something in his hand n was obviously bricking it... he let go and BAM! there it was one of the fruit pastilles individually wrapped up police opened it, laughed n gave it him back! lol
turns out the lad was local and my friend knows him vaguely when he asked him he said it was good old 'cid! ;)
