The pioneers of electronic music

Nice thread, so much great music in the early years of electronic music!
I especially love the krautrock scene of the 70s with Tangerine Dream, Cluster, etc, so much innovation and in my opinion it's aged very well too :)

I'll try to add a couple not mentioned yet...

Daphne Oram - made her own synthesizer called the Oramics machine, played by making marks on strips of 35mm film, late 50s/early 60s:
