Boat trip out to the Great Barrier Reef from 1770, Australia.
Great Keppel Island, off the east coast of Rockhampton, Australia. Almost completely deserted for the whole 3 days I was. Maybe another 20 people at most. Had a choice of 12 beaches all to myself and coral reefs right off the beach filled with giant turtles, reef sharks, stingrays and all sorts of other wildlife to swim with.
I've absolutely no idea where this was taken other than it being in Australia.
A wild lorakeet on Great Keppel Island which came flying out of nowhere, landed on my hand and started to eat my crisps. It sat for hours eating and then when it got thirsty it tipped over my bottle of water and drank from it. It even knew to fly away from the table when it needed a shit. :D
You'll see it's beak is covered in sticky toffee, which it loved and probably made very ill because it ate about 10x it's bodyweight of the stuff.
LOL @ timing Cleets. :D
Sunset on Great Keppel Island.
We BBQ'd this cheeky little possom up and ate the bastard. Mmmm, tasty.
The sexy swirling sands out in the Whitsunday Islands off East Coast of Airle Beach, Australia. Amazing.
Buddha face now overgrown with tree roots at the former capital of Thailand - Ayuthaya.
The shadow of a rather large statue of a soldier (and me standing next to it) in Luang Prabang, Laos.
The great Ho Chi Minhs Masouleum in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Rock formations at Halong Bay, Northern Vietnam. It was freezing this day and I was out on the boat in shorts and tshirt because my jeans were in the wash and somone had borrowed my only hoodie / warm top and not given it back in Laos.
Vietnamese ladies selling fruit and other goodies on the streets of Hanoi.
One of the boat people of Halong Bay selling a wonderful selection of fruit. I was the only one who bought anything and was therefore the only person allowed to take a photo. These people live out in the bay on boats or floating houses and have floating schools etc.
