What kind of combos do you guys like? I've tried hydrocodone + amphetamine and hydromorphone + amphetamine. Both are euphoric, prosocial, anxiolytic, and complement each other well.
 
Heroin + cocaine in the same rig is the only "true" speedball, and boy they are lovely. No more of that for me though.

But to answer your question - I am not a big fan of uppers whatsoever. But like i said I enjoyed a true speedball every once in a while. D-amphetamine mixed with xanax/valium is also something I like once in a while. Basically, if I ever decide to partake in any kind of upper it is imperative that I have some kind of benzo on hand. I also take methadone daily.
 
Korean Speedball = Amphetamines + Opiates.............thanks to soldiers in the Korean War. But seriously Vicodan is too weak to be used in speedball ways. Id say you would have to use Oxymorphone

Since as far as uppers go, I usually only do Amphetamines rather then coke[far too pricey for horrible quality, atleast where I am located.] I really enjoy being high on amp's for a few hours, maybe 1 or 2 days awake, then pushing off a shot of Dilaudid with some Valium is quite perfect, in my opinion. :-)

Id say you're doing something wrong if u cant find decent quality yay in a border state.

but i hear what ur saying about coke not bein worth the hassle (no matter the quality IMO......cept sometimes ;) )
 
It's the only way I'd ever touch coke. You get the coke rush without the huge crash and the give me more or shoot me in the head feeling. They are nice yes, but you have to admit, your heroin usuage goes way up when ballin.

To answer the OP, swim has had access to the contents of pharmacies in the (distant) past where combo's such as pharma coke (bottles of flake and diamond shaped pills) were available to mix with powdered diluadid(for cough syrup) using morphine as the soluable solution. Sheesh those were the days!
 
morphine and cocaine was quite lulzy and my fav so far, as was a morphine and methamphetamine combo. though don't dose too high on the meth otherwise the morph won't smooth it out as well.

oxycodone and methamphetamine was quite alright too, the oxy smoothed out the meth jitters nicely without impeding on the initial rush off the meth too much. the rush is one of those kind of "wow wtf" moments from two different euphorias, one rushing and one pulling you down.
 
I really like straight up oxycodone and adderall. Or, the adderall and a benzo for a 'milder' experience I'd call a smooth(er) upper experience rather than one of combination.
 
I'm wondering if most of the posters are actually IVing their pharmaceutical speedballs, or if we are expanding our definition here to include any ROA.

I mean I've shot oxy + coke, or done amph/methylphenidate+oxycodone/hydrocodone together, but I wouldnt want to try to shoot an adderall or focalin.

But really none of those substitute for a good ol' fashioned 'Merican speedball, the way jebus intended.

I quite like that name, "softball."

I get opioids rarely, so I haven't mixed them with stims, for fear of not getting that great calm at the opi doses I have access, to. I quit my Dexedrine prescription last week (I get more looks from ladies when I'm not underweight), but I really should've saved some for a potential amp+opi combo. I tried Adderall again recently (the only one I have access to without a RX), and it's so weird that it's 75% d-amp - I was chewing on my lip and felt far less euphoria.

I'm a bit scared of IV, but if I could combine any opi and stim pharms, I'd like 60mg IR Dexedrine and maybe 40-60mg of intact OxyContin (I have pretty low tolerance). I've never had oxycodone, but that sounds like a pretty great 6 hours or so.
