Here in the central coast of Cali all of our raves/renagades didn't have any age limit at all.
I thought that was cool at one time in my life because events should be all about the music and I always thought that you shouldn't put an age limit on music.
Untill....
Raving became all about the drugs. I've seen 12 year old girls rolling so hard, rocking back and fourth in the middle of the dancefloor sitting down. These girls also dress so skimpy that you have to wonder if their parents actually let them out of the house looking like that!
Not to mention, even though they look 10 they are always the age range getting fingered in front of everyone by someone who's probably 30.
So alot of these kids eventually overdosed so they made raves 18 and up. Which I understand why, it just sucks cause i'm seventeen and they ruined events for me.

I'm surprised their heart can handle Molly at 12. I'm a physically fit adult, and I would never take stims if I didn't know/keep my heart in top form!

& I wonder how well they do in school.
I do awful because I can't remember anything. Why..? Cause I started doing ecstacy 14/15 like every weekened.
My GPA was 0.02 and I actually went to school! Never ditched. Whats sad is I tried in most of those classes.
It's not good to mess with your brain at 14, I can't imagane at 12
 
There was one girl I knew that was three years younger than me who did cocaine by 14, I was pretty amazed because she always had a 2c hookup and went to shows all the time and got a 32 on the ACT and is going to Stanford. :|
 
Remember, people now-a-days look twice as young as they used to. I know plenty of people who are 25+ and you would never guess they were over the age of 15.
 
Lol I dunno about that one pokepoke. To me it seems like the older I get, the more developed the girls are getting at a much younger age. It baffles me how many 13-16 year old girls there are now that physically look like they're 21+. It sure as shit wasn't that way when I was that age, sorry to say. I woulda been a walking hard-on if it were like that. Well, not to say i already wasn't, hormones n all...but it woulda been a lot worse on me I'm sure.
 
looking down on other drug users seems to be a popular topic on bluelight from time to time. there are as many reasons to take drugs as there are people who take them.

a post like this, which seeks to simply let off steam and criticise other drug users might be better suited to a blog.

True, but the situation is still really sad. It's fucked up all around. Hormones in animal products, genetically modified food, food dyes and preservatives. I am glad I never got started with that in high school. Fuck, I wanted to be a biologist, or a geneticist when I left high school. Some things are best left until you're older, sometimes they are better left for after you understand the risks, some things just never should have happened. I would be a shoe in for several career paths, but I'm not even pursuing them right now.

Alasdairm, I used to disagree, but I think I can agree with you now. When people do drugs, there is a reason why, for me it was boredom, depression, frustration, and social awkwardness, low self esteem. It was always my decision, but there was usually a reason. If there is no reason why people do it, then they're doing it senselessly, and doing senseless things is cause for some attention. Although this thread is by a 17 year old person who is mad that because of other minors, he can't go raving anymore. Although I think I am more concerned about kids rolling than I am about them having to wait until they're 18. I waited, I could have rolled a ton in high school, but my goal was to graduate, and I appreciated my sanity a lot more back then. But yeah, maybe I missed your point. Sorry if I sounded like a mommy.
