oxy rarely ever makes me nod. I have to do a bunch. and to answer your question. the w/d of snorting to me PERSONALLY is worse than if you eat them. but this depends on your body and your tolerance and amt used.

^^ i nod about an 1-1.5 hours after the initial stimulating high fades into the usual sedating opiate-ness

if i dose high (as in prob too high) i nod immediatly but im not in it for the nod, im in it for the apathy and euphoria so i prefer to be awake/conscious
 
I haven''t nodded in a loong time. I just don't have the supply to get myself where I want to be anymore. It's sad :(
 
Question for you all; do he purdue's have a coating on em also? I crushed up a few and they really seem to stick together oddly? Do you just crush them to turn off the time release?

I always scrape off the time release with my finger nail...
 
On Friday, I snorted an OC40. This means 40mg of oxycodone, stretched out into an extended release form, or at least that's what every source says. I've snorted 40mg oxycodone as in percocets before. However, snorting 40mg percocet had me pretty strung out. But snorting an oc40 fucked me up like I didn't know one can be fucked up. I nodded at least 10 times, saw everything around me turn into a cartoon, saw The Situation from Jersey Shore turn into the queen of England, told me friend I am in love with her even though I'm not, and thought I was talking to 5 other people that weren't the person I was really talking to. I still couldn't keep my eyes open the next day. I don't remember hardly anything, either. How is 40mg oxycontin different from 40mg oxycodone? They are the same drug and same dosage.

I don't get how 40mg of just oxy could be stronger than 40mg of oxy + APAP.

When APAP is combined with oxy, it makes the effect more powerful.

Anyways, don't snort anything with APAP, that shit is horrible.

Well, if indeed he snorted that many percs, that is a shit ton of powder to go up anyone's nose. My guess is that only a fraction of what he snorted actually was absorbed. Not to mention those pills are mainly APAP, so add that too the mix, the absorption ratio is terrible.

With him snorting the OC, he got close to all of it absorbed, hence hitting him much much harder then the 10000lbs of powder he snorted with the percs.
 
I've always wondered.... whats the proper way to snort powders? I'm talking like, should I snort it as hard and fast as a can? Or what? Thanks in advance.
 
^You basically just want to pull it up into your nasal cavity, not too forcefully. Doing little bits at a time and moistening with a few drops of water really helps more get absorbed by the sinus membrane.

you just want to make sure most of the powder stays in your nasal cavity n gets absorbed by ur mucous membranes

best way is 'cleanse' ur nostrils before hand with a saline sray. and also do so after u snort but not right after, wait 20+ mins or whenever most of the powder has been absorbed

umm use a hose clamp for maximum surface area of drug (no decent size chunks)

umm i may or may not have left anything out but those are some good starter basics i think
