Congratulations. You found 8 posts of people not thinking DOC is the best droog ever. Want some more? I'm pretty sure you missed a bunch.

Too bad I can't snap my fingers and get links to way more reports of people having no problems with DOC and really enjoying it.

So how again does 8 posts translate into 50% of people liking DOC and 50% not? I wasn't aware there were only 16 posts about DOC on the internet.

At least DaveSoviet gets what I'm saying.

The fact that some people do not enjoy DOC is not an anomoly. Everyone knows that not everybody will enjoy all drugs. I mean, look at cannabis, the most popular recreational drug (hopefully!) there is.

Lots of people can't smoke Cannabis because they get anxiety.
Some people find it disorienting.
Some people get bad physical reactions.
Some people can't handle the "mind trip".
Some people can smoke it many times a day and enjoy it.

When it comes to DOC an "anomolies", what we are talking about is finding the *reasons* why people have reactions that are so out of line with the effects that those of us who've taken the drug with no ill effect have to wonder what the deal is with this other (decidedly smaller, if you keep trying to deny this point you can keep being wrong) group.

People on other medications taking DOC need to be aware of that! And if they have a bad reaction, let us know what it is!

People who shove their bellies full of greasy food before eating DOC need be to aware of this! And if you have a bad reaction, let us know!

Are you on some nootropic stack and ate DOC and had a bad time? Let us know!

And if there are people with serious side effects with no other apparent cause, I want to know that too.

It's clear to me some people are contributing to this thread and have a geniune interest in trying to get some answers regarding these important questions. *Cough*.. glogga, a few of us actually tried DOC and liked it. What is the point of you posting in this thread.
 
ah it never ceases to amaze me how experienced trippers and obviously educated people at that sharing a common interest in the very same subject turn to child like bickering over minor nuances in opinions.

Honestly we should all be ashamed of ourselves (yes I am including me in this as well). Perhaps we should meditate more on what we know and what we are trying to learn about this compound. Disrespect towards one another will get us all nowhere (and a flaming bag of poo on our doorsteps ;) ).Play nice if you disagree with one another do so respectfully and to a few of you out there (you know who you are) just because you know (or claim to know) more than some others does not give you the right to just automatically dismiss other peoples opinions as rubbish.

Even the most simplistic things in life can provide important lessons. pay attention.

Your last post expressed everything that we should strive towards when it comes to discussions here (even got a laugh out of me - the flaming bag of poo!). It is rather ironic that egos should prove such a problem among people who look for the dissolution of ego that these compounds can provide!
 
Ok, I think I got everything merged. Let me know if I fucked something up. If everything looks straight, I'll clean out the irrelavant stuff, bickering, etc in the morning.

this chemical has a really annoying 'buzz' to it thats driving me nuts. Visually its pretty darn amazing tho

They could have just manifested this, bi-polars do that, the other person just mite have followed along. like mass hysteria.

Exactly what I say, the dosage shouldn't have been too high, the blotters so far seemed to produce very reliable and constant effects...

Uuuugh, I hate to see this being merged into Big & Dandy, but whatever.

This chemical has an amazingly long lifespan. 16 hours+ and it just keeps going and going.... would it be safe to mix diazepam with this?
 
I can't see any reason why not... I see benzos as almost an essential to a long experience like this, in case you get a little tired after a while. Don't be surprised if you're busy to the 24-36 mark.

man you all suck. 10mgs of DOC was consumed for a really unremarkable trip that lasted maybe 12 hours. visuals were of the wavey sort and only really happened on grass or carpet floors. trippy paintings kinda moved but after about 5-8 hours the visuals were gone and just a headache remained. i took it at 6pm and was asleep by 5 or 6 am.

there is something seriously wrong with me i think.
 
nothing wrong with you dude. sounds like you got a contaminated batch. one batch was rumored to be contamined with 2c-i a while ago.

10mgs of pure doc would blow your doors off.
 
Yeah, sounds like you are really insensitive to it for some reason, or you have a bad batch.

For me, 6mg was on par with 7-8g quality shrooms, or something like 500ug LSD. I was so fucked up I was imobile for a couple hours. I was observing everything going on from a 3rd person perspective, hallucinating like mad (couldn't even see straight.. so much distortion). I could see and hear and partially taste (and sense, in a totally new way) thoughts shooting out of my dog's head. I could see the mechanism by which emotions, experietal data, and stimulus were combined in my head though a series of conduits and pulsating energy-balls, and emerged as formed thoughts... which I could examine and experience before my brain actually processed them (and then at that point I'd re-experience the thoughts I had just previewed). Past, future, present, sound, color, it was all the same.

Needless to say, I was blown.

I forgot to mention i threw up, for the first time ever on a psychedelic. im not sure if i want to take it higher. I really would like the effects, but that headache... man... the only way that i knew i fell asleep was that i got up to go to the toilet and noticed my girlfriend had gone to work, when before she was asleep.

i'd love to know what could make one so insensitive to it. its not just with DOC. 1.4mg of bromo-dragonfly just kept me awake. 2c-e did hardly anything, 50mg 2c-t-7 did nothing.

and its not like i can go to a doctor and try and find out the cause. and no, i am not on any medications. oh well. amphetamines still work, but they aint the same dammit!

pst..it's impossible for something to be 100% pure you must mean 99%
