As Jibalt says, without repeating this hopefully the damage is minimal or non-existent.
The only information I have heard about metals is for aluminium which may have similar results to other metals. (This info is from my brother studying in biology, so I assume it's true but don't hold me to it) Apparently the inhalation gives the metal fast access to the brain and can cause some long-term trauma, commonly resulting in blood clots, and a general decrease in the brains maximum functioning.
