The Official Recommend New Tunes to People Thread

Ok cool thank you :) I am really getting into the chillout genre lately, i used to listen to it from time to time (on a psy playlist i had with like alien project, space cat, cosmosis and others) and i loved it, but recently downloaded all there stuff, and wow it definetly puts me in a better mood :)
And entheogenic is amazing :D

Can someone reccomend good bass pounding techno to pump your fists too
 
Need help finding dark trip hop!

I was inspired by the other dark music thread :-)

But in this case I'm looking for a special brand of trip hop, more along the lines of the dirtier, grungier stuff by Massive Attack and Portishead. Here is one of my favorite examples by a band called Red Snapper (listen to the whole track, it really evolves into something sinister and wildly atmospheric):

Any suggestions on similar music would be most welcome. Too much of the trip hop out there is light and cute! I want it dark and moody...

Look up "drumcode" and "primate" records on YouTube, enjoy. Those labels are known for banging stuff.

DJ Misjah is a personal fave. Find the tune "access," an oldie but goody. If you've never heard it I'll wager it's just what you're looking for.
