But there's a clear conflict of interest - her dead brother (and nephew nigel), and just being an obvious part of the establishment. However honest she may be, the conflict makes it iffy on legal grounds surely.
That goes for all court cases really - the judge will always be biased to the establishment in some way (even if only unconsciously) they're all members of some quasi-masonic law society branch based in the 'city of london' (so arguably not even part of our country) - so i don't have much faith in the legal system anyway (especially not inquiries)
There's a Change.org petition going round demandiing that some members of the public be allowed on the board of the inquiry - seems like a good idea (but probably too close to justice for the elite to go with)
