Current Medications(s): 100 mg. Imipramine HCL
10 mg. Adderall IR
400 mg. SAM-e
250 mg. Deanol

I take this cocktail for treatment refractory depression and ADD (innatentive type).

Previous med's and why I stopped:

Zoloft, 50 mg. - Suicidal Behaviours
Prozac 20 mg. - Manic reaction
Celexa 40 mg. - Pooped out every 6 months like clockwork
Ritalin, 10 mg twice a day - Too short acting
Concerta 52 mg. - Paranoia, anxiety, reclusive behaviour
Wellburtin 400 mg. - Paranoia, anxiety
Adderall XR - Didn't work.
Valium, 5 mg. 3x per day - Sleepiness, memory loss, addiction
Seroquel 2 mg. at night- Hallucinations
Ambien 10 mg. - Addicting, eating in my sleep
Lexapro 10 mg. - The psych. unit ran out of Celexa lol
BuSpar 20 mg. - My new psych. hates it
Effexor XR 150 mg.- Extreme daytime fatigue
Strattera- Almost had a stroke by BP was so elevated all the time
St. Johns Wort 800 mg. - Ineffective
5HTP 200 mg.- Nausea and mania
Fish Oil 1,000 mg. Omega 3 Fatty Acid Complexes - Useless
Provigil 200 mg. - Not stimulating enough.
Librium unknown dose - Alcohol detox.
Gabapentin 400 mg. - Useless
Restoril 10 mg. - Daytime sedation
Antabuse 50 mg. - Headaches, psychosis, strange numbness
