^ coming from the guy who's team is second in the AFC and whose quarterback owns the third best quarterback rating in the NFL. how do we know YOU'RE not a frontrunner, newb?

try being a brownsfan. pussies.

How "tactful" of you.

If, hypothetically, you WERE funny enough to write a brilliant joke about a 26-year old who tragically died THIS WEEK, you STILL might want to weigh the degree of the "funny" versus the offensiveness factor before telling said joke.

But since you had absolutely NOTHING funny to offer, saying "I could make a Chris Henry joke right now, but I should remember tact" is, in my opinion, the passive-aggressive equivalent of saying "I could make a joke about what a whore your girlfriend is, but I should remember tact."

I don't know if I am funny enough or not, I'm not trained in the glorious comedic arts like Jerry Seinfeld and yourself - but what I love is getting a reaction. specially out of you, someone who it seems their only sole purpose on the board is to get reactions from other people.

you playing the offensive card is like Seinfeld telling someone their whiney, NYC Jew shtick is played out.

Tiger Woods has taken an indefinite leave out of the game of golf. looks like the Pittsburgh Steelers have taken an indefinite leave from the game of football.

until yesterday. after frustrating losses to NFL cellar dwellers the Steelers topped the very-good-as-of-late Green Bay Packers. it was good to beat a good football team, and finally the fourth quarter went the way of Big Ben who had a record setting 503 yards passing.

I know it's a long shot, but the Steelers can make the playoffs if some minor football miracles occur. stranger things have happened, my friends.

It has been a painful season. :\

lets just say i rock a humpries jersey =) also i lived in sd most of my life and was born in downtown SD

the Steelers will make the playoffs. some things need to happen, but the AFC Wild Card spots will go between both the Ravens and the Steelers. when the Steelers won the SuperBowl in 06, guess what their record was?

7-7

the Eagles need to beat the Broncos, but I expect that should happen.

the Colts need to beat the Jets, but I expect that to happen.

the Steelers need to beat the Ravens, and I expect that to happen. you know why? because last Steelers/Ravens game the Steelers were with their 3rd string QB and they only lost by one point. Big Ben put up 503 passing yards against a great GB defense, I expect him to do the same against a soft Baltimore secondary.

after this, I strongly expect the Steelers to make it to the SuperBowl again.

think about it, my non-homers. the Colts or the Chargers stand in their way. the only team that the Colts can lose to is a very physical team. the only team that can beat the Colts is the Pittsburgh Steelers (and maybe the Ravens).

the Chargers have never really presented a threat to the Steelers, as they are our constant whipping boys year in and year out. specially in the playoffs.

what say you all?

(expecting flames)

I also think the Chargers have a damn good chance this year. I definitely see them as better than Indy and New Orleans.
