3. buy a one-way ticket to the city in question.
4. purchase all the opium I could.
5. sink an oil-well, and retire!

what the hell, here it goes. keep in mind I can't get much(locally).
cheap weed - 20$ for 3.5-4g 70-90$ an oz.
real fine weed - 20$ a gram or 400-440$ an oz.
shrooms(rarish) - 30-40$ an eighth oz.
acid(also hard to find) - 5-7$ a hit
I *know* H and crack are easily available in the city(we have one of the highest rates)
I am sure there are some other things I am leaving out(other than pharms) but I'm sick, so screw you.
