the odds of successfully coppin drugs after a huge snowstorm?

This is probably a stupid question but out of all my experience i am not too sure about this:

I cop in camden and i need someone who knows a lot about camden to answer this: when there's at least 2 feet of snow on the ground, and when the snow is falling relatively heavy, are there really dealers out on the set in North camden despite the weather? I get shit called, "DA SOURCE" and it's the best i've ever had and they are the most reliable set i've been too. I just really can't see them standing out on the corner in this kind of weather. We just had a huge snow storm, there's at least 2 feet of snow in the ground, probably in the hood of north camden as well. Someone correct me if im' wrong.

Also, does anybody know if they snow plow the roads in north camden? Where i live, I will have to remove 2 feet of snow from my car in order to start driving it, and before i go through all of that, i want to make sure north camden is even accessible after a huge snowstorm? what are the odds that the usual group of dudes sellin my favorite dope at my favorite spot will actually be standing out in that snow, waitin for someone to buy some H from then in north camden?

Ehh. It depends. I'm not familiar with Camden, but if it's late and lots of snow, I've noticed over the years in cities I cop in up in North Jersey, less dudes like to stay on the grind. They might be taking a break. If you got a cell number then you are golden, so you can find out that way. If not, I mean if you really must, just take the chance and drive around and have a look. The good thing about storms like this is, hopefully the roads are clear enough for you to drive around, but the cops usually have their hands full with the weather and situations it brings they need to take care of. Trust me, there aren't any narcotic cops or undercovers out looking for white kids or dealers right now. Bad weather is a very good time to go cop. The cops don't want to deal with pulling you over even if you are suspicious and if they have a hunch you just copped or trying to, they aren't going through with the paperwork and search warrant protocols. And even if they did, I would make their lives a living hell, refusing to any searches and keeping my mouth shut. Then they have to get a dog, and they might not be able to get one in these conditions. Ultimately, just piss them off to the point where they write you a stupid ticket and leave. But no cops like doing drug stops and arrests in bad weather, especially rain and snow.

My best advice is the shit that veteran dope shooters already know...Cop ur dope before the storm . U kno the weather comin, same shit every time, go get that shit before shit gets heavy and nod out at home while the white shit hits. Ive done it before but usualy before it gets bad , U go right when it starts so u can get it outta the way and catch em before they hang it up for the day. why u aint got no phone numbers, just chirp them or call them that is the way to go.

cold coppin on the street is some beginner shit u get in more trouble that way police wise, u more likely to get beat, u just dont do that ish unless u have to and its ur last resort so u should hav some numbers and if u aint got them then u should try n get some so u aint got to go thru this shit as somebody who been doin this shit for a long minute I can tell u that with all the trouble this life is the least u can do is know whether or not your boy is out there to see if all your hustlin is even worth it. U might not have to fuck with cops as much but u also alot more likely to get beat cuz ppl that sees u out is gonna take advantage knowin that u need it if u willing to go out in that shit and they gonna play u for all they can esp. if u aint got no reliable dude that u go to then they gonna think u new to this and that they can fuck with u its a bad look all over. Like i said....learn to listen to the weather forecasts its a winter junkies best friend and copp your extra shit before u end up dopesick in a snow drift with a busted whip .

good advice lacey but would you believe i actually did prepare for the storm? I spent $200 for 22 bags of "Da Source" the day before the storm and i finished by tonight, 1 day later. as the storm blows through. I will need more by tomorrow, after the storm is over but there will still be tons of snow on the ground, hence my question on weather dealers in camden like to stand in 2 feet of snow or not so i know whether to bother drivin to camden or not.

but after awhile you get SOME street smarts and learn how to spot a potential jack a mile away. I think any junkie you ask about camden hates coppin there just the same because of the cops and chances of gettin beat but they just can't find that good shit any where else.

If you intentionally prepared for the storm with 22 bags, why wouldn't you purposely make your stash stretch until the weather is a little better?
When I know I ain't gonna be able to cop for a bit, I just use enough to not get sick and if I have to wait to get high then so be it... I would rather have dope around and not be sick than be able to get high and run out of dope until I can cop again, which who knows when that will be in this weather.

If I were you, I would use very little until you know you can cop more, because who knows when your boys will be back out. If you have a car that is good in snow or you are walking distance from your cop spot you should at least go by and check out what's going on.

I cop in both Camden and Philly depending who I am stayin with. Da Source sucked ass over the summer, I hated that shit. Transformers down on [no streets dammit! ] was the shit before the raid. I went to rehab and got back 2 months ago and have been copping in Philly lately and Boost is decent 7/10 as well as Godfather. Jaguar is like 9/10 if you can find it. alright people...a lot of you guys need to realize....I'm a dopehead. I know all about suboxone. I have a script every month. I don't take them unless i really have to. Also...it's common sense i should save my dope and make it last the stretch of the storm. However, it's not always that easy. I always get greedy and do it way too fast. I knew i was going to be short. With a possibility of not being able to drive to the ghetto in a snow storm. Taking my suboxone was a huge possibility.

I successfully copped today so thanks everybody for the advice. One lonely guy out of the usual handfuls standing on my favorite set was there. [edit] not a police car in sight. . It was just me and a handful of bulldozers and snow plow trucks. It was the funnest copping experience ever. Due to the huge amount of snow in the streets there was obviously no task force operations going on. Police obviously weren't going to get in the way of all the state workers trying to clear the roads. So i felt really secure. It was hella fun driving through the hood in all that snow too. Car swirving...trying to maneuver through those crazy streets. Badly plowed streets. Bulldozers shovelin snow everywhere. But my dudes were out! hooray!

Told ya. Copping when the weather sucks is awesome. Cops got other shit to do, like dealing with traffic and the actual city cleanup, weather protocol. There ain't no sting operations or Narcotic squads out running the streets doing surveillance because the streets aren't as popping. Same with the DT's. Might be a tad bit harder to find someone when the weather bad, but they are there. Just have to use your junkie sense. Just have to make sure your bags don't get wet if it's raining or whatever.

Sounds like the typical rehab/detox cocktail. They used to give me Trazadone in rehab to help me sleep. It was pathetic. All it did was make my piss me pants. I woke up a few times pissing the bed in rehab. Oh well, just flipped the mattress over and over. And that shit did not help me sleep. Never taking those bullshit meds again.
