the nfl 10-11 prediction thread

smotpoker just confirmed my suspicion that he wasn't trying to be malicious or discontinue the game in anyway

we're all just virulent sports fans, plus he is from Ohio. you know how rabid we can come off ;)

this game has been a S&G tradition ever since you and I started our beloved sub-forum. it's a great way to get other people interested in S&G here, as in other people that might just look over this forum if not for this prediction thread

lets all stick to having fun! and this thread is not half as much fun without the impressive and philosophically probing personality of you, alasdair

lets all remember to respect one another in this thread. ali and myself have thought to disallow any BLer who doesn't make weekly pics, to post in here (due to some douchey comments). we all have busy real lives, thus this game runs on "BL time," not normal time

those that perform the thankless task of counting all our NFL picks every week, should be revered constantly, not disrespected

anyways, for once I am more interested in pro basketball than pro football, pre-NFL Super Bowl. looks like I am going to have to catch the Cavs VS the Heat, instead of suffering through the money conspiracy that is the NFL Network, at some bar
 
most of these games are yawn-worthy, except for Sunday night and Monday night! we get to see two of the best inter-conference rivalries in Pitt VS Bal and Nwe VS NYJ.

they're playing pretty good. taking the Steelers and the Ravens to OT is no joke. Stevie Johnson could be an NFL star in the making and I think their interim head coach is the best option they've had in a long time

congrats Wolfy for being the winner this week. I should have stuck to my heart and gut, which were telling me to pick my Pittsburgh Steelers over their arch-rivals the Baltimore Ravens. but retrospection is a super-power we all wish we could have in this thread ;)
