To try to answer your other questions , propofol or anaesthetics wouldn't be classed in the same category for coke- they would ping as an anesthetic drug but most panels don't test for this, it's a voluntary opt-in. Unless they have reason to check your levels I can't see them ordering this additional count. Propofol, the most likely anesthetic used, is in your system awhile (about 6 days) and far more from hair testing, so basically since it absorbs deep in fatty tissue it stays around longer, but if you get pinged Moines going to think ur a junkie they'll just think you had minor general surgery this week.
