sounds familar, it's rarely them who call me. usually the other way round. my dr is really good though. guess when they see like 20-30 patients a day you just can't take it personally.

And I too have tramadol - albeit with paracetemol and diacetylmorphine to fill the gap. I just get so anxious waiting, I once phoned 3 times in one day :(, they are used to it now after the years though.

exactly man. for a smallish size practice its considerably busy. taking that in mind it is the sole practice in that particular part of town.

my dr is the owner and only goes in 2 and a half days a week so is always booked. if i cant get in i can call in a request. alternatively i see one other dr ive got an agreement. the others are all opiophobes and dont agree with my prescriptions and wont touch them with a 40 foot pole.
 
I don't fucking with phone dealers anymore, I'll just go to skid row (la) and everyone is whispering, '' chiba /cali''takes 5 mins. The sketch part is the undercovers, I got busted shooting up on the sidewalk drunk as fucking shit, and I turn around and I got 2 police with guns in my face

one time I had three balloon in my mouth and coos fucking roll up on the side walk and barrage me, luckily I swallowed them, and went to my poo dealer the next morning

Don't tell them that because oftentimes all that's telling them is that it can hold up to some more cut without them losing any business, so they will likely go ahead and cut it.

At least with stamp bags the batches are often made by the thousands (particularly in NYC) so that's not really an issue since that would mean a below average batch would take a really long time to get rid of unless maybe they just made a little to get by until the next shipment. I had one dude selling it by weight though and it would start off good and then gradually get worse until he was losing customers, and then the cycle would begin again.

Yeah I sorta thought of that. But I only buy when I run out of my pain scripts to tide me over so it's not thaaaat important. And he's a coke dealer, and I have got him so much business over the years through referrals. When I've ordered dope he's taken around 2 days to source quality for me, so yeah I don't fear that. But in general wise with dealers.
 
dwe, you ever spent much time in the exotically beautiful, world reknown part of socal, the tenderloin? just to hang out and chill with the beautiful natives of the area.

itr number one place to visit with ma beautiful wife to be and 2 sons. ill have my sons well equipped in the art of cold copping and put them in a challenge them to a duel. whoever brings the best quality and widest variety of drugs, capped no more than twice. loser has to blow rick james for dat white pow(d)er.
 
i didnt have anything bad to say about my guy. until he called me before and woke me up coz he wants to hang.
first sleep for a while as well, so i was enjoying it.

The dude provides a valuable public service. Never keeps me waiting, no small talk, never wants to “hang” and never wastes my time.
Appears organized and blends in; I suspect he never samples the product.
If too much time passes between 'meets' he contacts me. I imagine he would thrive in legitimate business too.

One bitch: Tar is below-average quality but he demands top price. Crystal is better but 8balls are getting smaller.
I expected higher quality in an area the size of California; have tried other dealers with similar results. Where's all that lower-priced
high-quality dope law enforcement insists are plaguing our precious neighborhoods? I suspect most of it is locked away in
evidence rooms for mentally ill cops.

Options: seek different locations, learn to speak Spanish, hitch a ride to Vancouver, never trust the Internet

my oxy dealer ( before he got pinched ) was so flashy always had so much jewelry and designer everything and he just stood out.....
 
The first weed dealer I ever picked up from was also the worst about hooking me up in a timely fashion...he would tell me to meet him at a gas station (at least it wasn't in a shady part of town) and I'd seriously wait there for an hour or two until the dude showed up, always saying, 'Oh shit, my bad dude, totally lost track of time'...pissed me off to no end but I was 18 and just getting weed by myself for the first time so something about it was still exciting to me, oddly...and it's hard for me to stay pissed off at someone for long.

My dr's sometimes too busy to remember my scripts on time sometimes, to normal people a 2 - 4 day wait must seem like nothing, but to me it's fkin agony.

My illicit dealer is a lot more evicient but the threat of being locked up in a third world jail seems to serve as my deterrent.
 
my only complaint about my dealer is that he only has product about 1/2 the time, so i have to buy huge quantites, when id just prefer to get a few balloons instead of getting 8-balls and half bricks (bricks are much pricier with tar btw)
 
Ive got to say my contacts are spot on. I havent bought anything in 'deals' (like ten or twenty quids worth) for years but I do remember when I was still a youth (the good ol'days.lol) waiting for hours in shady areas for a guy/girl to show up with a shitty little deal of crap stuff.
Thank fuck that ive grown past thosetimes and I think the trick is to buy larger amounts of whatever your into; that way you get to know the growers and higher level suppliers, which in turn leads to getting better stuff. Still, I think its character building to go through the days of dealing with dickheads and sometimes getting ripped off...its all a learning experience.lol
 
I'm getting really, really tired of this whole "15 minute" thing; this guy just does - not - know how to tell the fucking time. It's unreal, but every time, every goddamned time, he tells me 15 minutes and then it takes an hour, an hour and a half isn't uncommon, sometimes 2 hours!
 
I have absolutely no problems with my weed dealer (only illegal drug I do currently). I've had bad dealers before and its just not worth the stress. If you don't like your dealer get out there and meet a new one. I realize this is a lot trickier with say...heroin. But it's still totally possible.
 
Well I've got a new one: for a while i mistook this behavior as my dealer simply just being an overly friendly dude, because im always doped up within 2 minutes of me arriving to his place, but I realized tonight, that he's definitely been hitting on my girlfriend every time we go over there, after she pointed it out to me and showed me some texts... definitely not bringing her anymore.
 
So I've been dope sick all day, well it could of and should of been worst but I took 60 mgs of lope for the first time with gfj and tonic water then a kpin with some weed and took a nap, woke up feeling 70% better!! Wow amodium ad actually worked! Got rid of most symptoms! Anyways that's for another thread sorry for blabin.

So I'm at work tonight in slight wd and am clearly not myself,pale with some what big pupils and everyone can see that i wasent myself. So my sub hookup (shes older and on alot of meds)calls and tells MY BOSS to tell me that she has my cough meds and it'll cost 20 bucks or something like that. Anyways, my boss is not stupid and the way he tolled me was in a certain tone, idk, like the "I'm not dumb I know she has drugs for you" tone. Or "I know she's your dealer. I know he's anti drugs but is cool with pot and booze. I really hope this dosent affect my job :/

And 60mgs (30 pills) of amodium ad is way to much to take and I warn against unless your dopesick and need to get well. Something about eating 30 pills at once jus dosent feel right.
