Opioids the mystery solvent Purdue is hiding....

Saw this posted on another website. Anyone know if it's true, and if so, what the mystery solvent is?

"In Purdue's report to the FDA it shows that the new OP is much harder to abuse, BUT, on page 58 of their report, using a complex solvent #1, they were able to extract 103% of the opiod, vs 102% of the original version oc! Thats correct....there is a way to get a faster extraction from the new OP than you could get with the original OC!!!! It was done under the section dealing with milling of the OP followed by Advanced Extraction."
 
Maybe this is an ignorant question, but how can you extract over 100% of something? I mean, doesnt 100% mean that that is ALL of "it".
 
Yeah doesn't that break the law of conservation of mass or sumthin. Its like saying i have a 20 oz of water in this bottle and extracted a gallon from it, well not that dramatic
 
purdue is not going to tell you what the solvent is. and they probably put in a little extra to account for the losses from the time release mechanism.
 
Im gonna email Purdue right now and find out for you, be right back with my discovery.
 
It's not one solvent. It's an ADVANCED extraction. Complex solvent means that it's several solvents mixed, several layers will form etc. etc.

I think it's about getting the oxy out of the polymer at first, then seperating it from the polymer, than purifying it (removing binders/fillers and water-soluable cuts).

can you link to the FDA page please, I Know it's posted in the other thread but I don't feel like going through 20 plus some pages to find it again. Thanks :-)
