The Munchies

What do you guys enjoy for munchies? Trying to get some healthier ideas...or just whatever you eat
 
Healthy munchies? Not possible:D. I usually always get them when puffing. Almost everything is good then aldo a good sandwich(with lots of stuff in it) is always nice:).
 
Pasta, very good healthy munchie food, seriously you can fit a lot of spaghetti or some shit onto your fork at once. Very satisfying haha
 
I was really high at the grocery store, saw some ground lamb and tried this out with great success...formed meat into little medallions and sautéed them, sliced them into 1 inch strips, also bought fresh Roma tomatoes and thinly sliced them. You also will need mozzarella and romano cheese. And some flatbreads, wheat are my favorite to use. Brush the flatbreads lightly with olive oil, top with a few pinches of the shredded cheeses, lay down tomato slices generously and top with some lamb strips...top it all with a lot more cheese and bake for 7 or 8 minutes, at 400F

Ingredients:
1/2 pound of ground lamb
Wheat/White flatbread
Roma tomatoes
Mozzarella
Romano
Olive oil
[Optional] Spinach leaves
 
This one is a little more complex but sometimes I get really high with my girlfriend and we just make complicated shit, it is very worth it tho!

Mini Breakfast Calzones:
Make a simple pizza dough (flour, water, yeast, sugar, salt, oil, etc...) or buy raw dough and roll it out as flat a you can get it but still strong enough to be stretched without ripping. Take wide mouth coffee cups or something similar and use it to cut out 6 or so circular pieces of dough and set them aside, keep them well patted down with flour so they don't stick.

Cook 2 or 3 eggs, scramble, cook as much spicy breakfast sausage as you desire (I use about half a package of niece's spicy breakfast sausage, I have used vennesen sausage and that is amazing too!). Set these aside...

Mix about 1/2 cup of mozzarella with a 1/2 cup of freshly grated cheddar, and add this to 1 cup of ricotta and mix well into a cheesy paste like substance. Take a dough circle, brush with olive oil, and spread about a quarter inch to a half inch of cheese shit and layer a good sized portion of scrambled eggs and sausage on top. Lay the corresponding piece of dough on top, crimp the edges up, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes (until golden brown), on 425F.

Ingredients:
Flour
Sugar
Salt
Yeast
Olive oil
Mozzarella
Cheddar
Ricotta
2 or 3 eggs
Breakfast sausage
[Optional] Bacon
[Optional] Sautéed redskin potatoes
 
I always plan ahead and buy healthy food, so i dont feel guilty since i eat so much when high. Quick snacks like veggies or yoghurt parfaits. Meals are my preferred choice, but after i vap i usually get to lazy to take the time to cook and clean. So usually i cook the meal first and when its almost ready hit the vaporizer. Nothing like a delicious homemade meal in that state of mind.
 
Various items of food.... whatever you normally like to eat, really. Try something new for a change if you're not sure what to go for. Korean BBQ bulgogi is an excellent choice if you have never had it before.
 
Popcorn, peanut butter on rye bread (not the sticky, dense type), celery and humus, hempini (like peanut butter bud made from hemp seeds) on rye bread, rolled oats made with skimmed milk and dried fruit, nuts and seeds. Look for foods with a high satiety index because they'll keep you full for longer, as well as foods with a low glycemic index and lots of fibre.

Alternatively choose weed that doesn't give you the munchies. Look for strains high in THCv. THCv is a potent appetite suppressant. Pure traditional Southern African and Afghan breeds - pure, direct from the source, not Dutch/US Afghans are high in THCv. Malawi strains area good bet.

my mom made me a chicken salad the other day when i picked up my daughter.. shit was awesome.. had grilled chicken strips, cucumbers, celery, tomatoes, cheese, lettuce of course haha, onions, ranch and a bunch of other shit i can't think of.. but that's healthy and easy to make, quick, and oh so tastey.. mmm makes me want one now
 
when I was really fucking high the othernight I got three slices of marmite on toast and put them together to make a toast sandwich.

it was fucking delicious. and marmite on toast isn't too unhealthy i suppose.
 
marmite is good for you. if it's brown bread then it's fine in moderation. white bread is terrible for you though.

i fucking love marmite.

it's the absolute bollocks. that toast sandwich was probably the most glorious moment of my life, along with watching frozen planet that night.
 
What do I enjoy for munchies? Well, anything really. "I wonder if I can mix these things together and enjoy eating them" is my mindset when cooking with munchies. Stuff like boiled eggs dipped in sugar and cocoa powder taste like heavens when you're high so why eat conventional things that you know are going to taste good anyway haha?
 
I like to sit out on my back porch and smoke a joint while cooking some bratwursts on the grill...I'll toast the buns on the grill too. I eat the brats with mustard and chopped onion..
 
i love goin for wings when im blazed, id have to say a)because they're one of the best foods on the planet, and b) i just love it when someone brings u ur food all hot and ready for eating, i always lack the motivation to cook up tasty shit when im cooked
 
Brown toast+butter+cheese+bovril/marmite+mayo.brown toast - I call it a 'savoury sensation' a superb snack and also an excellent hangover breakfast
 
For healthy food, I like to chew on a banana, maybe cut up an orange or two. It's a little hard to go healthy when all you wanna eat is fattening food.

As for anything else, I have a little recipe I found out when I first started smoking...

Get a can of Campbells Chunky Soup, preferably a 'Cream of' type. Get a bag of you're favorite flavored chips, I personally enjoy using Sour Cream & Onion with Campbells Chunky Cream Of Broccoli. Mix in the bag while the soup is cooking, and stir. The chips soften, and become apart of the soup, adding a soft flavored potato element. Not to mention it's perfect munchie food!
 
Chilli con carne (obviously cook it before you get high) with rice and chilli heatwave dorritoes

you mix up the chill and the rice then eat it by scooping it up with the dorritoes it's delicious
