Howdy folks,

I'm wondering how many folk ride? An experience like no other!

Currently have a pair of Royal Enfield Bullets; a modified Iron Barell Deluxe, and an '09 UCE, as well as an old '58 Francess Barnett:

So, what're you riding?

My usual bike forum I live on is bikeme id is waz675

*disclaimer, that pic is 2-4 yrs old from memory, latest bike pic I've upped. Oh, also I'd never run a rider over unless maybe one being a total dick and putting any of my friends or family in danger?

Got some new fairings, leaving the tail + rear mudguard (for now) with the ones I already had on, replaced nose cone + 2 side fairings, bought some 'cheapie' HK fairings to replaced the damaged RHS + nose cone from my oopsy (I have a fluffed shoulder + arm/ nerve damage from 06 injury and it literally stopped working once in a corner 100clicks'ish, bike righted up, I went off into high grass and unluckily hit a tree lying down that you couldn't see in the grass... bleh)

So, whilst my shoulder + arm still isn't a definite known 'fixed', I'm not spending $$$$$$$ on fairings and the like, plus these actually look bloody decent. Had to dremel some holes to get it fitted even though the ebay'er said "They are 100% moulded to your 06 bike model friend". HA..

Oh well, MUCH better than the damaged ones I replaced, I hope they hold up :P Photo doesn't do the bike justice, literally ran out of battery juice as I snapped this pic so I couldn't do more before dusk + today is raining cats and dogs kinda.. CBF getting bike out whilst I'm helping mind our 2 kids :)

Very nice. I've never been a huge fan of sports bikes, but that's a lovely example. I've been lusting over the Triumph Thruxton of late though.

My main ride is a BMW GS 1150 Adventure. I ride it in LA everyday, and I'm actually out for a ride in Hollywood right now.

On my off days I ride a 1970's Lambretta Serveta Motorscooter that has been kitted out as is very fast.

Those Royal Enfields are great! Are they the new remakes? And if so did you replace a lot of the bearings in the crank case?

Beautiful Enfields agram! Did you buy them here or get them shipped over? I really regret not buying the 500 the boy and I rode in India, I think it would've been worth the hassle considering how rare and expensive they are here.. plus it would've been a priceless souvenir.

Here she is.. <cry>

G'day,

They were both bought in Australia, second hand. The cafe racer is originally an '05 500 bullet, but quite heavily modified. Ace bars, gold star exhausts, rear sets, new tank, seat, the list goes on. Quite a bit different from what it used to be! Probably as loud as most Harleys... Thump thump thump. Love the sound of a big single with a nice exhaust!

The other is one of the new ones, a 2009 C5. It's pretty much stock. Lovely ride, although I'm thinking of replacing it, possibly with one of the newer B5's.

You occasionally see the odd bullet going for ~$4000, which is often a good deal.

a2lambretta,

So far no problems with the bearings, although will have to have a good look-see in another 5000km or so for both. The '05 Bullet seems to have a great engine which was run in beautifully.

I posted up a motorbike question in the Games/Sports section of bluelight here.
Would LOVE feedback from all of you about ever being associated as a user due to your ride.
Please go to THAT THREAD to answer DON'T answer here cuz I'm dumb and will forget to check this one.
My answer is yes ALL the time people think I'm a boozing junky JUST because I enjoy riding an Italian bike-wtf? Right?
