Opioids The most effective/best way of ingesting morphine sulfate pills?

The question's in the title; what is your favorite way to get a 30 or a 60mg morphine sulfate ER into you without a needle and why? Thanks for any and all input.
 
I think plugging is the general consensus on that one, otherwise, oral with potentiators and on a empty stomach might be your best route.
