The Moments

Even though the crucial moments seem to pass me by
There's no reason to look back and wonder why
Despite the way I knew it would always be
It was better to discover the brighter side of me
A world ahead, influenced by the world behind
The constant has always been the place inside my mind
I don't need to see myself to know I still exist
I won't live my life checking accomplishments off my list
I will try to sieze the moments before they are gone
It makes no sense to hold myself back from moving on
There is no true line between what is right and what is wrong
Neither decision makes me completely weak or strong
Life doesn't come with warranties or guarantees
Sometimes you just have to let go and float on the breeze
In the end, I am where I was always meant to be
And no matter who I am, I will always be the best me
