Here's how it works, The OP (Original Poster) spells out the name of a medication. The FP (next person, Following Poster) comes along and spells out another medication name begining with the last letter of the first medication.
For example:
(OP): Asprin
(FP): Naproxen <-- Last letter is an 'N'
Now it's your turn, name a medication that begins with the letter 'N'
For example:
