TIPS that i gathered from actual research and medical studies + own experience.. No bro-science or hearsay here!
- Take piracetam post roll (no comedown whatsoever) proven to combat neurotoxicity (Pre loading seems to make MDMA more energetic)
- Dont take over 300mg a night (If you need more you have taken too much in too little time OR its bunk molly)
- Postload with R-ALA + Vitamin C + E and a good multivit
- DONT take any stimulant with MDMA not even caffeine. Most of the horrible comedowns and neurological damage are because of this combo NOT the MDMA itself. :

-Taking quercetin an hour before + taking the Molly with grapefruit juice is 10-15 % more used MDMA in your system. (inhibits certain enzymes in your liver)
- Take a large dose of vitamins and antioxidants before your roll to limit oxidative stress.
- Taking Gingko the week after you roll also helps your recovery (natural MAO-B)
I find taking 5-HTP is not needed when following the advice i posted here and will only be bad for you in the longrun.
Keep 6-12 weeks between each roll to make sure you recover completely.. If you must roll more often try to stick to pure molly and keep it @ 150mg for the night so you dont completely drain your serotonin levels.
Best way to dose according to Shulgin and many others: 120-150 mg (my personal sweet spot) followed by 40-50 mg 1.5 hours later.. Ive also rolled on 200 + 100 1.5 hours later and besides from Jawclenching and extra trouble handling my phone i only had more meth like effects and none of the extra euphoria.. So now i never go over 250 in one night..
