Quick question, if I haven't used MDMA for over 8 months and then in 1 month I use 3 times (I've already used twice this month and I'm planning to once again on NYE), is that potentially going to be more harmful than if I had used say 3-4 times over that 8 month period?

The only reason I ask is because the last 2 times I used MDMA I have had absolutely no hangover or Tuesday blues whatsoever (besides tiredness and a bit of a stiff jaw), if anything I feel better now than what I have in a long, long time.

Thoughts?

I am sure you are doing some damage, however it would be pretty small I think. As long as you aren't binging on it when you do use.

It usually take a while of every weekend to build up before you start to get bad comedowns etc.

I don't think anybody could give a definite answer on this. Because of its legal status, no real studies looking at that have been done, and subjective effects are an inaccurate marker for harm. Whilst 3 times in a month is more frequent than one would ideally use, many people have abused it far more heavily with minimal apparent problems. The main issues you'd probably be looking at would be about your mood and the quality of the roll - it's unlikely to do any long-term damage if that's what you're concerned about.
 
I would love to find some MDMA; it's great to hear she's back. I only had Molly once NYE 2008. Would be nice to have her again NYE 2011. :)
 
I have managed to get some molly for NYE, tested with mandelin black within 1~2 seconds with fizzing which was easily heard, and have a few questions.

My tolerance is virtually nothing. I have done a handful of good pills in the past last good ones were brown ck or white/green/pink mighty mouse ~2 years ago. Whats a good starting dosage?

A mate reckons it will put me on my ass all day lol Is it a good idea to mix a little stim in? mainly caffeine.

When my jaw clenches I clench badly, my jaw locks and I push my tongue through the gap between my teeth. Chewy, lollipops to stop clenching..? what's everyone favourites? Does magnesium help?

Have 5-htp when I go to bed and take multivitamins & fish oil daily.

^ my advice is bomb 60mg and 30 minutes later bomb some more and then repeat twice....i dont like caffeine with mdma makes me get anxiety and feels dirty, each to their own though. I personaly like to have starbursts lollipops when i roll just to stick in ur gob if ur gurning and what not. I always preload a few days before on Berroca also.

If I'm sure of the quality of the molly, and it's for a day/night out, I'd probably start around 120-150mg or so with a redose of about 50-75mg prepared for the 1.5 hour point. Sometimes I've been tempted, and have, to dose much higher at around 200mg or so but this is often quite unnecessary and if it is good quality MDMA will just lead to increased side effects.

I have no problems combining caffeine with MDMA, but I have quite a large caffeine tolerance as I drink several cups of coffee a day alongside at least 1L of V Energy drink, so your mileage may vary depending on how you handle caffeine. I'd recommend maybe one of those small cans of V, so that you don't consume too much caffeine by mistake. It can give a nice energy lift to the roll, without the increased neurotoxicity that combining amphetamine or methamphetamine does, though they can be a good combo.

My favorite for the teeth grinding is chewing gum. I haven't tried magnesium for it, though when I was on medication that caused bruxism I found magnesium did help and AusDD meth users have posted about their success with magnesium so I can see it working.

The 5-HTP, fish oil and multivitamin all sound good as well. Remember to stay hydrated and make sure you've had enough food for energy during the day. Have fun! :)

150mg would be a good dose, maybe a little more depending on your weight, don't overdo it.

i agree, need to establish a base level from which anymore you have just makes you roll longer. but dont forget that the more you re-dose the more side effects you will get... more jaw clenching etc.

if you have low tolerance something from 100-150mg would be good i reckon, see what level your on when you come up mate.

I have 2 tablets of 5htp morning and night the day after for couple days throughout the week - helps alot especially if drop a couple weekends in a row.

I think I will do a big-ish start dose then bump at the 1.5 hour mark. Will bumping again later on bring back some effects?.. I know this will make the come down a lot worse. Im gonna try magnesium but will also have gum on hand :)

I have heard a 'rule of thumb' to times 1.5 by your body weight in kg to get a good dose.
